To cheer ya up. A little good news via Reason Mag. I know they haven't ALWAYS been our best buddies, to say the least. And David Weigel has been among the snarkiest. Scr*w Reason mag and all the people associated with that rag; it is a Liberty Busy Box*. There are many such institutions that serve as a gathering point for those that crave a return to Liberty, wish to do "something" to advance that noble cause but they do not realize the Busy Box "liberty" organizations were designed specifically to short circuit any potential LIBERTY movements. No offense to rank and file Libertarians but the Libertarian party was co-opted before it was even born. That is not to say that most of the people involved w/ the LP including the various candidates are in on the charade, just that there is sufficient control of the organization to ensure the well meaning labor fruitlessly forever.
Example: How many have been given the impression from the MSM that Tucker Carlson is a "Libertarian"/"Expert of the Libertarian Movement"/"A Leading Voice for Libertarianism", or something similar. Hell that slimy twit was given a role at the R4R.

Folks it is these types of organizations that are fighting us from within and without often acting like they are our friends and pretending to have similar
goals with only "slight" disagreements to subvert our effort. Do not ever fall for it. Yes we want to grow but we are not aided by groups/individuals that are diametrically opposed to our goals pretending to "mostly" agree.
*Busy Box is a childs toy once fairly common. The toy consisted of many levers, switches, buttons and a steering wheel, these items could be moved furiously for eternity but still absolutely nothing productive would be accomplished.
