These "payoffs" or "bribes" you can check out. These were, as noted in the video, donations. Donations to political candidates are recorded in their home state, division of elections. Every candidate must provide the local state's Department of State, Division of Elections, with a list of all contributors and the dollar amount. That is how to find out if your Congress representatives accepted bribes. If they did, I would make home made signs and get some friends to stand on major corners and hold signs. Not just during elections either. You need to be watchful how you word your signs so they don't sue you.
Use words like It appears Mr./Mrs. So & so took a bribe from (name the company) to kill the constitution and steal your money. If you need more info just ask. One footnote here: Some people make donations via their family members, so check the rolls carefully, connect the dots and follow the money trail.
