You are guilty, period. And when you are guilty they slap a Federal Tax Lien on you and you essentially own nothing. They will take all of your money out of your bank accounts and leverage your credit cards.

When you go up against the IRS you are going up against Organized Crime at the highest level.

The best way I have found around taxes is to work outside of the U.S. and meet the IRS Test of Physical Presence in your foriegn tax home. If you dont have to pay an income tax there, you are all set. Perfectly legal and no tax liability.

• Stop living with a "number" (e.g. social)
• Have no debts/credit attached to that number
• Stop filing out Government forms that make you admit you are something that you are not. e.g. A US Citizen for tax purposes.
• Look up the terms Citizen, US Person and taxpayers in the IRS code

Good luck, I've tried to do it, but it's more work than it was worth. It's easier to write off everything possible. Get a good tax attorney/accountant and make it so that you earn very little.

Who has the money to pay after all this poopoo going on? I know we don't since this bail out deal we have dropped in the sewer sort of speak punt intended. We are a small plumbing company! This would have been one of our best years since 2002 when we started but now we have slowed way down!

Idaho law school of common law and George Gordon's school of common law clearly show the nexus. If you apply for LLC then you agree the 14th amendment was indeed ratified. The school of common law:

1. The birth certificate makes you a ward of the state - by LAW - it is a contract your parents entered into on your behalf to make you a ward of the state. Nexus one.
2. Your SSSN is the nexus to your contract of employment.
3. Your Driver's License is the nexus to your giving up your right to travel for a privilege to drive.

Many patriots argue these points, in court, an fail because they have one of the three nexus above. A free born American is the only one who does not have these contracts. Dan Pilla wrote how to lick the IRS with a postage stamp - a very good book. Irwin Schiff had his own problems. Public schools have done a great job in uneducating Americans on their freedom & liberty and Congress has done a great job in stealing them - however - if unconstitutional law is passed it has to be moot.

I would propose that we all show our dissatisfaction with our federal government by refusing to pay.

I stopped working after my CPA said, "no income, no income tax".

If you want to keep working, set up an LLC and go independent. Corps/LLCs can write off just about everything before taxes. Depending on how much you need to work/earn, the business can deduct just about everything for office rent, phone, internet, vehicle, etc.

Nuff said.

Anyone who refuses to pay takes on a risk. Definitely research and figure out what you are getting into. The IRS are a bunch of jack booted thugs with no respect for human or property rights...a bunch of gun weilding totalitarian flunkies who can't get a job in the free market sector and expect the productive economy to put up with their thievery.

Anyway, there will most likely be a wide scale tax revolt as there was during the great depression. People will simply refuse to pay as a means to survive. I cannot wait until these jackasses see the money they are able to steal plummet, maybe then they can go get real jobs like normal people.

think of it in terms of slave trying to get away from the slave master. The slave master will do everything possible to destroy in hopes you run around and tell everyone how they hurt you, terrifying everyone to never go against the IRS.
I say spend some teaching groups the constitution and build an army of educated people and battle at a local level, get educated people in to office.
If you try to go against the IRS you will get caught in their web and consume 100% of your resources. Save this battle for another day, go door knocking, town hall meetings build the army.

Your exemptions/allowances are claimed on a W-4 not a W-2. The W-2 is what your employer (a legally defined TERM- probably not what you think!) gives to you as a receipt of your taxable wages (also a legal TERM). The employer sends an electronic copy of the W-2 to the IRS via a W-3 transmittal.

There IS a way to legally not pay a Federal income tax assuming that you are not engaged in a taxable activity or earn other taxable income from another source (i.e.- interest bearing savings account earns income). It's not really rocket science...

I've been doing this since 2002.

Claim 5 to - 7 exemptions. Take tax money, open a small business, like Amway or Shaklee and don't sell and show a loss.
