I reside in Delaware county Ohio and it was screwed up. Our precinct in Genoa Township had the ballots checked for "hanging chads" by a retarded man and yes he was an actual retarded person. Result,every vote to Bush. Delaware county Judge ordered the baqllots destroyed befor a recount and didn't inform the candidates as required by law.Yes Delaware county is corrupt
