Some of you may have seen this.
It makes a very good statement about the willingness of some to see conspiracies everywhere.
Of course there are true conspiracies.
There are also some theories that are not the result of conspiracies, but based on the overactive imaginations of the uninformed.

Ronald Reagon once said, "Trust but verify". I agree with that statement. It could also be stated as "Distrust but verify".
Once you have evidence that a trust has been violated, or a distrust was misplaced, change your perception of the issue at hand.

There are alot of other videos from several other people about the same phenomenon. Whether they're related to HAARP we might never know. What we do know is HAARP stands for High Atmospheric Auroral Research Project. What this boils down to is their name implies they study the northern lights. If you do some digging their equipment is a copy of Tesla's designs for an energy transference beam and ionospheric disruption cannon he wasn't allowed to complete way back in 1910 (wardenclyffe). His designs also speculated about scalar weapons being able to penetrate the earth's crust and cause quake like disruptions, influence hurricanes and generally mess up the world on a biblical scale. We'll never know in detail what exactly he did after he was closeted due to his genius because the FBI stole all of his information after his death. Also, by coincidence, HAARP was constructed soon after his death.
