FINALLY - response from Feinstein and my CA ballot arrived! Lucky Day
so this is the cookie cutter response i got from Feinstein regarding my blatant opposition to the bailout bill.
actually the text is so long (quotes her statements in congress in support of it) i have to link it externally.
How disappointing. although not so much disappointing as expected.
Also, got my ballot in the mail. as many of you know already, Chuck is NOT on the ballot , Alan Keyes took his spot i believe.
so i have to choose from...
mccain,
mckinney,
keyes,
nader,
obama,
barr,
write-in.
so i was hoping that by now one of the third party options would resonate, but they dont. i suppose the only one i could even consider voting for on the ballot would be nader.
should i just write paul in? is he a valid write-in candidate in CA?
any input? my fiance will probably also be voting the same as me too. (a once hillary supporter!)

There is a California thread already started.
I'll go pull it up.

Ron Paul "Sign Wave Across the USA" -- November 5th!
No.... don't do a write
No.... don't do a write in.... at least if you pick one of the third parties your vote will help them with future ballot access/become a more valid/viable choice in the future. They'll just throw your ballot away if you write in Ron Paul.
I would go with either Nader or Barr.... surprisingly, Ron Paul had some kinder words for Barr this week, again urging people to support either Baldwin or Barr, so it seems like he's forgiven him.... still, I don't know if I can support him... if I did, it would be more supporting the Libertarian Party than the candidate....
