CNN vs. FOX?
Submitted by concise on Sat, 11/10/2007 - 15:08
Anyone else getting the impression that CNN has learned Paul draws viewers both on air and to their website and so are giving much more coverage to him to improve their ratings? And that this is a tactic to try to re-establish themselves in the ratings compared to FOX (who has led them for a number of years now)? If so, we can safely predict the rest of the news organizations will soon be giving Paul much more coverage as a necessity for financial viability. We'll see!

I think that is what Wolfe
I think that is what Wolfe Blitzer is trying to do. I don't think Lou Dobbs compromised on his positions any. But I don't want to criticize Blitzer because at least he is giving Dr. Paul constructive national exposure and thats all that really matters. The low balls he throws at Dr. Paul don't even hit the target since Dr. Paul has the high ground. I thought Tucker was objective on MSNBC too, until I started taping his shows and watching them, lets just say he's off of my DVR recoding list. Mr. Dobbs is in though.
This topic is so freaky in
This topic is so freaky in that -indeed- it's exactly what I thought is happening a few days ago.
Let's face it: TV is about money. More people watching, the better.
In that case, CNN has placed a bet correctly.
Boycott Fox!
For the treatment they have given Ron Paul and the Ron Paul supporters. Fox and all the Rupert Murdoch's newspapers, TV stations, periodicals. Especially the 700 Club! Inwhich Murdoch owns. Should be BOYCOTTED!!!!!!!!!!!

Be cautious in any support
Be cautious in any support you give to ANY branch of the MSM. Always remember that they ALL have an agenda, and that agenda has NOTHING to do with fair and honest reporting. It has EVERYTHING to do with turning a profit. That doesn't necessarily mean showing the public what it wants to see! They generally get fatter by taking their talking points from the corrupt political influences that have bought and paid for them, rather than by providing unbiased reporting and selling advertizing, as they should be doing.
The media is a political mouthpiece, and Ron Paul does not own it. Take any Ron Paul coverage with a grain of salt; always look for the crooks behind the curtain and always question their motives.

'Be cautious in any support you give to ANY branch of the MSM. Always remember that they ALL have an agenda, and that agenda has NOTHING to do with fair and honest reporting'
So make it profitable to publicize Dr. Paul
Nuff Said.
The means justify the ends. The others arent playing by the rules, why should we. I will be buying Pat Buchanans book, 'Where Right Went Wong' how the Neocons Hijacked the Republican Party' I intend to help hijack th Republican party back by any means necessary even by the same means the neocons used if thats what it takes.
I dont want to start a third party movement. The Neocons should be the third party.
You may think that, but i
You may think that, but i dont think all journalists are bad people. I especially support Lou Dobbs, and Jack Cafferty, those are two good men, and there are many others on other networks as well.

On another note: after these
On another note: after these elections it might just be so that the few journalists that are actually perceived by the voter to be hearing THEIR voice will be kept around and the rest are put out to pasture.
Who knows, maybe they've read the writing on the wall (like they should as journalists) and have collectively chosen to once again practice TRUE unbiased journalism.
CNN
Faux is completely against him. No way will they ever give him a fair shake. However, CNN is really starting to give him some support, with the interview after the rally being amazing. Paul knocked it out of the park and most certainly gained interest if anyone watching didn't know him. The anchor seemed to like him as well.

Is there a link to the interview from after the rally? I watched the rally on Justin.tv but as soon as the good Doc was done, they shut off streaming.

Great
Let's just make sure Wolf stop calling him a Libertarian, bring up that he does not register in the Polls( As if he does not know Ron is not included in the Polls), and asking him who will he support if he does not win. I hate these questions.
I think its great, i would
I think its great, i would love to see Fox's ratings drop this election cycle whilst CNN grows.
CNN has cafferty, and Dobbs, who does Fox have?

CNN wants Ron to run 3rd party so he can steal the votes of the true conservatives. They have no idea.
