Public Idea: massive civil disobedience on 11/22 [End the Fed]
For those who recall Seattle & the WTO in 1999, demonstrators won a decisive victory by shutting down scheduled meetings and galvanizing the 'anti-globalization' movement worldwide. In fact, the movement grew internationally, successively & favorably (DC/Quebec/Genoa) in public opinion till 9/11/01.
Granted, there were 50,000+ attendant people conjoined in related issues on 11/30/99, so rather than interstate protests, a central location (ex. DC) might have to be issued. Also, to insure success, I believe an active organization would have to make the formal call as there is reasonable time for official endorsements & preparations.
All told, such an event could send a strong, clear message to relevant institutions, including Congress and participating media.
