This morning I am deeply saddened
I have been reading many posts and responses from different articles at different sites. As I read of the many new converts who now believe that our good Dr. has the answer to our numerous problems, I wanted to just hang my head and cry when I read someone's postscript- Ron Paul in 2012. Where were these people this primary season? Dr. Paul is all over the news now. I am now going out to get my new bumper sticker I saw here: Don't blame me, I voted for Ron Paul. As a Christian, I am not totally disheartened as I know God has it all in control; it is just that I know a good thing when I see it, and these fellow Americans would rather feed from the pigs trough, letting the government take care of them, than live the life of freedom that God truly calls us to live.

Working very hard. I just started a meeting in our small community. People from the community are having a Documentary movie night and potluck. I am offering FTF and Money Masters and many other DVDs in my library to help wake people up who may not know what is happening. It is also the start of community action to organize and implement a different money system in case this one becomes completely worthless. So that we can do commerce in our local area. We are also organizing to defend against disasters and ehmmm....other things!
I am so disgusted angry and frustrated that I feel had to start this so that I can feel some empowerment over my life and improve my family's chance of not just survival but to thrive through this crisis. I am telling everyone I run into about voting third party.
There are people everyday trying to wake the masses and change the world. We must not give up and not every one posts evidence of their hard work but it is going on.
I get very disheartened at times, I cry and get so angry and rageful about what is happening to our country and the world. Even so, we must continue to carry on for our prodigy. Our hope for a better world must be stronger than our grief. I also have hope that the evil ones will self destruct along with whatever we can do to stop them.
Our day is coming. Know it, trust it, do it!!
God bless the patriots, give them the strength to carry on each day in the fight for liberty and freedom for all on earth!!

I wonder what the Gov. would have done if
Ron Paul would have bolted the GOP and established a credible 3rd Party that thoroughly trashes all the financial manipulations that are now being rammed down our throats, against 75% of public opinion. I'm thinking Ron Paul could have capitalized on a huge base of disgruntled people that don't like what's going on, and they're unsure about Obama, and they really don't like the thought of McCain either. Sure, the Bush team is going to tout the market's "remarkable" turn around, but we all know that's just more smoke and mirrors that won't last until all the fat cat bankers snort up all the cash. I'd bet he'd get more votes than McCain. Looks like Obama is going to win this thing by default.....no real conservative in sight. Oh well, the opportunity was there after all.

I think that this is very much an American problem...
Of course, when we have all participated in an uplifting and exhilarating and enlightening new movement, it is a bit of a downer when that INITIAL phase of fireworks and explosions calms down. But I do think that in America we have very short attention spans, and expect life to be all wrapped up in an hour or less (just like the television shows.)
What we are attempting to do here is to CHANGE THE COURSE OF HISTORY.... or at least change the course of the last 100 years of history. To have expected it all to come together in one year - just like an episode of Columbo (showing my age, I guess)... was just not realistic.
We have to look at this movement as something that will take THE REST OF OUT LIVES.... and even if we "win" battles, we have to remember what the founders knew. That one can NEVER assume that the knowledge will just be absorbed by the next generations without CONSTANT vigilance.
I have seen several posts in the last few days bemoaning the lack of "spark" that this site has now. I, on the other hand see it going DEEPER and DEEPER into knowledge and education, and chosing paths wisely and exposing more and more people to the BIGGER picture that we are up against. We have to look at this movement as a continuing education class that will go on forever. That is why I am so excited about the "Education" section at the C4L, and the increase in interest at the Mises Institute.
When you train a horse you can go two ways. You can just jump on and let the horse buck himself out, and feel that now you can ride him. OR you can do DEEP TRAINING. This involves starting at the beginning with "ground work" and then moving on to more and more instruction until you get on... and then you keep working OVER and OVER and OVER again until the horse KNOWS SO WELL what he is supposed to do that it is automatic.
THIS is what we want with our movement... We want DEEP TRAINING of all those who will be the future leaders. When they get into positions of power and decisions need to be made we want people who know AUTOMATICALLY what concepts are best based on a CORE understanding of the philosophy of freedom.
So.... no more gloomy gusses. We ARE progressing. We are just on a train now instead of a roller-coaster. Have patience and dedication. Teach your CHILDREN and your GRANDCHILDREN these concepts. And be ever vigilant. VIVA LA REVOLUCION!!

Come 2012, they'll ignore the movement like always.
Yes, Ron Paul is everywhere, but Keynesian misinformation is more places. Whenever the market takes a stumble upwards, I see articles like "market recovers after governement...". Just randomly flip on a financial report and you'll see it.

Since I am an atheist, I don't even have the comfort of superstition. All I can do is teach my Children to think critically, and to be aware of their rights, but they and their children have a hell of a fight on their hands. One they might not be able to win.
Since when a small group of people control all the money flow in the world, we can't do much against that.

This is just the beginning of the massive unraveling....This system is heading for the bone yard...and Ron Paul is a bigger threat than ever to the goals of The Statist and has accomplished more in the last two years to promote the Cause of Liberty than this country or world has seen in decades. More and more people will come to view the message of Liberty that Dr. Paul has promoted as the solution; as this fradulent system rapidly crumbles, people will begin to crave the message more than the false sense of wealth that debt provides.

Where IS that rumored anger? I look at the VoterBomb site.....no sign of all these angry people organizing to vote 'em out, as WE promised. I look at C4L.....NO SIGN of people signing up to do what they can in their own state. I don't see evidence of much more than piss and moan which has become the usual from this so called movement. This is not just here at DP, it's everywhere. Seems all have just given up?
Today, I'm working on a flyer to start passing around town. Is ANYONE ELSE doing anything besides watching the markets, just in case we were wrong, hoping that it will magically work? I don't quite know what else to think of all this!

I didn't mean that Christians should sit back and leave it up to God. I just said that no matter what happens I still trust in Him above all. And on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, God will not be wringing His hands over whoever the man is who will be the next president. I do my part to spread the revolution in my circles. Most think I am crazy though. My first convert was my husband 6 months ago.
