After Nov 2008 election. Will there be enough in our house and senate to make a difference, to follow rule of law and the constitution? to do the bidding of We the people in a republic form of government?

Yes!

There are between 25 and 30 candidates running for the House, and 1 for the Senate. The Liberty PAC had 20 listed, and there are between 5 and 10 not there. For some reason the Liberty PAC does not have the single Senate candidate listed, even though they have been informed about Him. Perhaps they are still checking him. The numbers, if most win can make a difference in that Ron Paul will not be alone anymore, and they can help the other members of congress about following the Constitution which would get their attantion if they win. And that also lays the ground work for many more constitution candidates in the near future. The Senate candidate Bob Bird, is a history teacher in High School, and does a word by word instruction of the Constitution. How many teachers do that? His web site is www.birdforsenate.com . Take a look.

I knew there was some

just not sure of the numbers, We'll find out after the election

I've been contemplating this recently.

And FWIW, here's an idea that would be good to aim for, even if we aren't able to quite reach it in a maximum way.

I think we need to really focus on the 2010 election, for Congress and for State and Local elections, starting right now.
There are some elections where there is no opposition running against the incumbent. That is unacceptable. There needs to be one of our candidates running against ANY unopposed incumbent for sure.
Second, we should try to get candidates running on both sides.
If there is an incumbent, then field a challenger against that incumbent in the primary. If there is going to be a challenger from the other major party, try to get one of our people to become that candidate. If we can't do that, then field a challenger from a 3rd Party.

There is absolutely NO reason why we can't field candidates from various party positions. We could run a Dem, a Repub, and/or a 3rd Party candidate, all in the same race if we wanted to, if we could get enough participants.
If we just run a 3rd Party candidate, we have a certain chance to win.
If we have the Dem or the Repub candidate, we might even get a better chance to win.
If we comprise the Dem AND the Repub candidates, we'll win no matter which side wins.

We have a unique position where we can enter and run for office on all sides of the aisle, and even on opposing sides(from the normal "party" point of view).
Because we are an ideology and not a Party.
We can upset the whole apple cart by doing this.
They can't "pigeohole" us, because we can be everywhere.

So, FWIW, that's the way I think it should be approached.
Use the party structures, or come from outside the parties, and use ALL the vehicles at our disposal to get our like-minded candidates into office by any route possible.

sounds like

a good plan.

It'll take time

Dr Paul is planting his seeds as fast as he can :-)

Depends

It depends on what you mean.

Look at the difference one named Dr. Paul made!!! Any more is great progress.

Will we get a majority this time around who grasp and abide by the rule of law? Hopefully, but probably not in the house, and of course only 1/3 of the senate is even up for election, so no chance there unless some sitting senators wake up and decide to obey their oath.
