I AM SICK OF THIS - RON MUST RUN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

And forgetting the presidential election.

If Ron Paul could capture a majority of Congress' seats then the power to impeach and change the country would be there.

A unified Congress is the most power branch of government because they can take apart EVERYTHING and cut all spending.

You should know by now the Presidential race is just a horse and pony show for a figurehead.

On the national conference call for the Campaign For Liberty (they happen every Sunday at 8pm ET, & are for Team Leaders), we talked about Precinct Captains, or anyone for that matter, standing as near to the polls they can, & handing out small leaflets encouraging people to vote 3rd party. Chuck Baldwin recently sent out an excellent letter that says why voting for a republicrat is such a foolish gesture. You could take that quote & then list the 3rd party candidates on your leaflet, national, state & county. There are many people who walk into the polls undecided. This effort could gain that many thousands of votes across the country. Of course, the voting machines are rigged, but the media does do exit interviews. Wouldn't it be great if across the country, WE showed up & gave people an opportunity to make a statement? Think about doing this. Maybe one of our graphics talents could make up a flyer w/national candidates & we'd add our own local ones before printing. I also think we need to ALL start wearing black on Fridays as a sign of mourning for our country. People talk every day about making connections with like-minded people & having serious conversations about the state-of-affairs. This black movement could snowball.

because no one counts the votes. I, too, am frustrated and sickened at the prospect of life on Nov. 5, but we can only fight the good fight and know our limitations. No power in America will elect Ron Paul, or any 3rd party because the actual vote count is irrelevant.

all candidates outside of the evil twins should agree to give their electoral votes to the third party candidate that has the most electoral votes. I wish they had all gotten together and put only one third party on the ballots, but since that didn't happen, this alternative would hurt no one.

While I agree that Ron should run as an independent, HE CAN'T

It is TOO LATE. He cannot get on the ballot in even a SINGLE state at this point. NO ONE CAN.

He IS on the ballot in Montana and Louisiana.

Help us WIN those states. (or at least one of them, Montana being the most likely, unless you can media blitz Ron's pro-life stance and McLame's wishy-washy stance in Louisiana)

If RP can WIN a state, he will get electoral votes. It is possible that this may prevent a majority in the Electoral College. That means the NEW House of Representatives chooses the President from the TOP THREE Electoral College vote getters, Ron Paul being one of them.

The States get ONE VOTE PER STATE. We can then work our newly elected and re-elected representatives to HEAL THE NATION, by choosing RON PAUL over McBama as the next President. Not only would it be an acceptable Bi-Partisan coup for the House, we could demand it of them since he is the only one who has a real solution to the economy.

The media is surprisingly already on board with Dr. Paul on the economy. If this were a real scenario, they would push him hard.

Additionally, since the Senate will pick the VP, and they will most likely be controlled by the Democrats, the deal can be made, that since the Dems are getting the VP slot with Biden, then they can cut a deal to split the administration with a Republican, but instead of McCain who they hate, they have the option of choosing Paul who they not only know would handle the economy better, but would be more palatable on civil liberties and other traditionally 'left' issues than McCain would be. (much of RP's support came from the left surprisingly)

..and building a wall around his Texas ranch.

is after the election, all third parties who receive electoral votes should instruct their voters to vote FOR the third party who has the most electoral votes. That doesn't help much, especially in winner take all states. It might help a little, especially if there is a second vote.

Aside from our guy not winning is----

Losing respect for loved family members. I am going to be quite disturbed if I find out people close to me who voted for Ron Paul in the primary have gone to Obama or McCain in the general. I am tempted to send out an email to all family and friends telling them not to tell me if they don't vote third party. I am tempted to tell them that they will lose all credibility with me. This all means that I have changed. I have always looked down on people who put politics above friendship and family. I have known people who just disown a friendship or family member because of politics. Unfortunately, now I understand that. I will say that I can still have a debate and remain civil, many cannot. I can just feel by one person's silence that that person is being pulled towards Obama and it really is upsetting.
