Help me change the top: I've got access to power brokers...

Hello Everyone,

I have been waiting to share this with you all, and I think now is the right time to do so. I am actually a Daily Paul junkie, but have not posted much to this point. I love this community, because people are not just intelligent but also active, with an incredible passion for truth and fairness. I cannot say enough, about everyone here, really...

I want to share my basic approach... to sustaining liberty and restoring values of mutual respect within policy structure:

Building a speciality house in strategy counseling (an institute) that has direct access to high level decision makers. (This is the opposite approach of a grassroots pressure model, both which I think are useful).

In this light, this institute has decided to organize 'financial crisis' round table dialogue, lasting a few days, at a 'highly prestigious location' in New York City later this year. Objectives at the session would be reaching an understanding of balanced economic policies, and how business may best navigate through such circumstances now and across future scenarios. There will be less than 16 individuals present in total. So far, those attending including a former director of a major International Bank, former Vice-Chairman of one of the world's largest Banks, and a Laureate of a World Strategy Leadership Award (Sorry, but it would be risky to post more specific details publicly).

Here is why I bring this up to the community: does anyone have in mind, access to, or want to help in accessing 'high profile' Senior Delegates (in business or public policy) who might add to or benefit this session? The outcome could be eye-opening for these highly influential figures already present, who might just be open enough absorb alternative logic (like sound money for example) which they seem to rarely hear in their normal environments and rushed daily routines.

In other words, I am asking:

1) What individuals, who are respected within this senior level 'caliber' to invite, that can spread a positive message of liberty in light of this financial crisis round table session?

2) What other influential decision-makers should attend / be targeted for invite?

I am very excited about this opportunity, but time is relatively short. If you would like to help me out on this, whether you know someone to refer, have any ideas, or want to help in making contacts, please respond to the thread or contact me at timemoves@gmail.com.

If you do refer a delegate, of course you will also share financially on the effort (there is a cost for the delegate to attend the session, of which part you would deserve a healthy compensation).

As I mentioned, the session is later this year. On an individual basis, I can tell you more details about it.

Thanks guys, and hope to hear from you.

Kind regards to you all -

Adam

Hey Adam

Have you followed this thread at all?:
http://www.dailypaul.com/node/69140

Rodman652 made a great point:

Let us know how it turns out. I myself have much of the info you are expressing in your declaration, but as I have most of the important info memorized, I can recite my intent when needed.

I have seen (with 1st hand knowledge) lawyers, code enforcement officers, police and other govt. officials visibly shake or simply say "you know, I never thought of it that way."

ALWAYS ASSERT YOUR RIGHTS!! IF YOU DON'T, YOU HAVE NONE.

Two important things to memorize U.S. Code Title 18 section 242 & 241.

§ 242. Deprivation of rights under color of law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

And,
§ 241. Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Try Prof. Joseph Salerno, Austrian School Economist At Pace Univ

He's right downtown, he should be reachable. He's written quite a bit, wrote the introduction to the late Murray Rothbard's History of Money and Banking in the United States, an outstanding book by the way.

He's at the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.

I don't know for sure, but I'd have to imagine he's a Ron Paul supporter, at least privately.

Murray Sabrin.

He's got impeccable academic credentials, he's a Ron Paul Republican, and he's in New Jersey, not too far away from you. If he's not available, ask him for a recommendation of someone to fill in for him.

This sounds like a good

This sounds like a good idea, but the problem is that the ones that are "High Up" are the ones who either create the problems or benefit from them, and want it just the way it is, and worse..
It is the lower downs who need the education..

Walter Block

Professor Emeritus Loyola University, New Orleans.
Economics Chair.

Sits on the board of the Ludwig von Mises Institute.

p.s. - save the compensation and use it for something better. I don't need it and certainly not for just recommending someone.

Ron Paul is the one

to invite for sure, Edward Griffin is a plus-he may get into more than money talks though and freak these people out. Peter Schiff is also a great option. Sounds like a great idea, please post more often-you seem very intelligent too.

Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must. like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.-Thomas Paine

The R3volution requires action, not observation!!!!

Shoot me an e-mail, this is a very good idea

although, I'm not sure the really "in the know" people will show-up because they know the deal. You might want to make the discussion, "Building Public Faith in a Global Banking System". You'd attract them like flies to honey.

Peter Schiff or Ed Griffin

Peter Schiff or Ed Griffin (author of the Creature from Jekyll Island) seems to be other obvious qualified people to share free market solutions. Are these the sort of people you are looking for or are you looking for more low profile people?

Freedom Rules!

Why not invite Ron Paul?
