A Thank You Protest. Don't Let This One Disappear

I just had a thought. Please dont tear me up too bad on this. But his is my question/idea:

It is 'illegal' to protest and cause disturbances and get in the way of people who don't want you in their way. That is sad, but is true. You end up on a list with 'evil' people.

Now I ask: Who needs you now more than anyone? The Representative that stood up for what was right.. twice. and maybe even some other time (if you are so fortunate). I was thinking that these people might be undergoing a little pressure and stress from TPTB right about now.

So here is my thought: Is the thought of holding a public "Thank You" gathering in front of your Representatives office an idea worth kicking around? You would not be doing anything 'evil'. You would be showing support for an elected politician. Kind and courteous! He/She may even come out to talk and have a nice meet & greet! Great way to network and let them know that they will have help when needed. It might even turn out to be a good PR/Media exposure chance.

Not a troll- just kickin around an idea that may encourage the ones that felt good about doing their duty when they were supposed to. It might help in the future. Plus it is a new twist to this civil disobediance. I don't know if anyone(including Dp'ers) are ready for something like this.

Everyone knows that members of the House admire RP, his integrity, and bravery. Everyone knows that they also ENVY his ability to collect followers. Give them a couple hours of gratitude and they might just pick up that constitution and look into it again.

Just a thought. Any feedback?

Absolutely!! this culture spends entirely too much time admiring others for the wrong reasons ie... having lots of money or beauty or even having athletic talent but when someone does something for their community or fights for someones welfare the admiration is much harder to come by.

Now that Ron Paul is not our focus, can we still be POSITIVE. In this time of downer upon downer, can we actually do something POSITIVE.
That would be a shock. Wonder how many would turn out to be POSITIVE.

I just lost the sh%$iest job in the world!! I couldn't be any more positive right now.

I think this is a necessary action. With all of this negativity, it is the perfect time to strike with a positive fruitful opposition. All of this talk about martial law and fighting our troops. It has to stop. Some how. They are OUR troops! They sold their lives thinking they were going to defend the Constitution and protect Our Freedom. So what if they were swindled. If anytime more than ever- they need US to protect THEM. They are OUR Troops! They gave more $$ to Dr. Paul than to anyone else! They are waiting. The remnant has yet to be counted.

Just stand up and say thank you in a completely organized non-threatening way. Kill them with kindness. Police forces are either scared shitless that it might kick off right now or are anxious to see what they can do- as are some of us, it appears. But the majority of "them" and "us" just want to come home and watch our children smile.
Watching mine do this today was very special to me. My son said to me this afternoon,"Daddy, I Good Guy!"

and with that affirmation I realized who is being divided, but I know it is not being done by those who are wearing different work shirts.

This really seemed off target but it was directed towards another thread I had posted this thank you gathering on. This guy was saying that the militia was all that we had left and he claimed that OUR soldiers were NWO troops! It just bugged me..
