Be Very Careful With Monex.com with your Investment With Silver or Gold

Believe me the brokers are never in. Unless they convience you they will inform you that they are going to watch your account and keep you informed. Ha Ha There no answers to your calls. They are out to lunch. Mail boxes are all full after your money is lost it's in their control. ????? You can never view your account on line. Monex controls your investment to their best interest till you lose. As Dennis told me (silp and slid) in the market. Hey never put your money in Monex.com. You will loose you ! You will never have control of your investment again.Mail boxes are full. Only Monex will control it. No answner to phone calls. Ever! Beware no one is there when you call them. You can not view your investment on line. You can not do anything unless a broker answer your call and that does not happen. Unless you want to invest. Then they call you all the time. After I invested got an email on my computor at 3:17 AM to do a call or all is gone( I was sleeping). When I woke up all was gone. What heck no one is there at Monex (even if I was awake) at that time then the next day all was gone. Your broker will be OUT to lunch again. So be very careful where you buy your gold or silver from not from Momex.com. If your looking to invest in Silver or Gold do not go to Monex.com You will loose. Dumb move for me. Didn't know. I was a newbee with the silver and gold thing. Want everyone to know what I went through.

Were you trading paper? I spent HOURS on the phone with my broker before we moved on it. She was very knowledgeable and everything she said came to fruition. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with them.
