These 2 telephone numbers are for the Republican National Comm. in Washington.

I'm going to call them this week to tell them why I recently changed party affiliation to Republican.

As a matter of fact, I think I'll thank them for providing a candidate that provides such HOPE for the country.

Are there any other new Republicans who want to join me in letting them know what an outstanding candidate Ron Paul is?

A little flattery might go a looooooooong way!

BK's rule about complimenting politicians:

If you don't have anything bad to say, say nothing.
His reasoning: Politicians are always trying to expand the base. Once they know they got you, they stop trying and move on to another constituency. We are witnessing his rule in action this week with the Pat Robertson endorsement of Ghouliani and the Right to Life Endorsement of Freddie. This is how the GOP thinks: "Where else can these constituents go? They're not going to vote for Hillary. They're stuck in the GOP, so we can do anything we want to them."

I would NOT apply this rule to Ron Paul as a politician. However, I would apply it to the GOP in Washington. Therefore, a better conversation, in my opinion, would be: "start including Ron Paul or I'm switching parties/sitting out the dance."

Also, Republicans do not commit suicide with circular firing squads like the Democrats. Rather, the GOP like to eat their young. Beware the party.

LOL! What a SUPER idea! The Republican party should be made to know that this movement is in their own best interests as a party, something that they have as yet failed to grasp. Good one!

Now thats a good idea. I

Now thats a good idea. I like it, very positive and remember not all GOP members a neo-cons. There are a lot of older GOP members that would love to see enthusiastic youth (below 50) join the GOP. You'd be surprised how much good such a gesture on our part do.

The Ron Paul Revolution Newsletter...

We know that no marketing director could come up with better ideas than the Ron Paul supporters.

It would be wonderful if all these great promo ideas could be gathered and sent in a weekly email newsletter to all the myspace friends names gathered during ThisNovember5th (may be a lot of work)....but at least to all the meetup groups.

People could pick and choose what strikes their fancy or it would excite them to come up with even more ideas !

Great Idea

Maybe if more of us did this the Republican party would look at us as an asset rather than a liability.

What an idea! This is a great way to funnel all of our collective power into something positive. Leave the stupid little conspiracy theorist bloggers to themselves, because they don't count.

Ron Paul has brought the most young blood back into the GOP than any other candidate being offered.

God, I love it.

I like your thinking!

I was a democrat who started voting in an independent fashion two years ago, but two weeks ago I changed to Republican for Ron.

I WILL call them and tell them how lucky they are to have such an exciting candidate in the running...a principled one at that....who is drawing in all this cash to boot.

It is how I feel anyway!

I'll chat away merrily, "I noticed he was all over the Sunday news, Face the Nation, CNN, front page of the NY Times. Pretty outstanding!"

Ron Paul has the cleverest supporters.

I like that idea
