Barr Does Not Need to Debate Nader When He Already Is Scheduled

Hi Ron Aldof,

Bob Barr was already scheduled to speak at a University in Georgia and only recieved a fax invitation to the debate yesterday. The event in Georgia has been heavily publicized. The debate is being sponsored by Nader's backers to fit his schedule. I can understand why Baldwin is taking part because he has so few opportunities to get his message out. Bob Barr in on a national TV show every few days. He was on three last weekend. If Barr was not on my state's ballot and Baldwin was, I would vote for Baldwin over McBama.

Bob Barr Will Gain the Libertarian Party Its Largest Vote Totals

If Bob Barr is a puppet, then you and I are mannequins! I think that Bob Barr is going to earn the Libertarian Party more votes than it has ever before recieved for President, both in raw total popular vote and in percentage of popular vote. I don't think that McCain believes that Barr is helping him! I wish Ron Paul had accepted the Libertarian Party's nomination. Then we would have had a great campaign. But I suppose he didn't want to offend the Republican Party leaders too much. We must wait and watch for the results.

I am not sure what you mean about Barr's integrity is broken. Are you upset with him because he has reversed his previous positions on many issues and has now joined the Libertarian Party? If we say that fellow Americans lack integrity when they change their minds on issues to join us, how many people will we be able to pursuade to join us? We have to be able to accept people who see the light into our movement or we will not be able to grow. I wish that other members of the Republican Party would quit that organization and join the Libertarian Party, There is not a dime's worth of difference between the Republican and Democratic Presidential candidates.

He can't get more lame than that, when he himself is a third party.

Oh wait, yes he can!

On the same day, he asks Ron Paul to be his VP and then goes on network news to brag about it, effectively further diminishing the impact of the third party coalition with counter-news.

So what did the news 'choose' to cover on a Ron Paul news day?

That's right, Barr's misguided "Ron Paul for Barr's VP charade."

Why Should We Support Socialists?

Why should we give publicity to Nader and McKinney, both socialists? Why should we stay in the Republican Party and pretend it is for small government?

You and I may think it was a mistake strategically for Barr not to attend Ron Paul's news conference, but I don't think that is very important in the larger picture as 99% of the American people never heard about the matter. I think it is more important to vote for a candidate for President in good conscience who is for small government than for us to argue about that snafu.
