Didn't really like Baldwin's

Didn't really like Baldwin's answer to the question regarding the free-markets and its the cause of people forgetting about the common good. Its almost like he already expects people to know what he's talking about when he says "we have to go back to the true free-market" without explaining why we don't have a true free-market right now. He says he's against government intervention but doesn't really explain the negatives of government intervention. Does seem like he needs to do his homework.

What about Nader running for a congress seat?

He is such a good lawyer, he could maybe do well among the liberty caucus?

Baldwin 2012

I think Baldwin supporters should start campaigning now, and get organized. His name will be out there and he will be the front-runner for a while!

Those of you discouraged by

Those of you discouraged by the MSM coverage, consider the truth: If the mainstream media was as powerful today as it was in the past, our movement wouldn't even exist.

The mainstream media is dying.

Print magazines are dying.

Network TV is dying.

Hollywood is dying.

User-driven Internet media is RISING.

"How can we justify to the unemployed and underemployed in the United States the incredible cost of maintaining a global empire?" - Dr. Ron Paul

I Agree

Thank you C-SPAN.
If I could make this request, though: It would have been nice for C-SPAN to have included the programming specifics for their cable/satellite viewers to know that it was more than just general programming.

It was kept pretty well hidden.

My overall impression, is that this C-SPAN coverage of the debate is a way to control it.

There was almost no news coverage. Last time when the candadites did not confirm there was a bit of news coverage, even in New York Times. But, then the media immediately came right back slamming third parties in later news for "failure" to organize and attend a debate at the last minute.

This time with two confirmations for the debate, no media covered that it was happening at all.

That's a clear pattern - whether intentional or not.

Thank You - Thank You - Thank You

Thank You C-Span, for allowihg the American people hear an honest to goodness debate that was both refreshing and informative.

Job well done!

make room for a third remove Obama

If Obama is removed because of this citizenship thing then there will be alot of people looking for someone to vote for and they wont go to McCain. If 1/2 of those people go to a third party a bunnch of McCains people will go to a third also. They wont fear the lessor of two anymore. If that third party was Chuck we could (it would be a long shot) actually make it happen.
If you dont know what Im refering to look at Obamacrimes dot com or nobama dot com . You will learn an amazing theory.

We Have the chance not just to win, but to save our country!

life as we know it, is changing and ignorant voters are to blame

Reality

It would take divine intervention for Obama to be removed. If a miracle happened and he was removed(which isn't going to happen) the Dems would replace him with Clinton. Remember we don't vote directly for President, instead we vote for electors. Dem electors would vote for Ms. Clinton

Which is why MY hope, is that if he is disqualified, that it

happens AFTER the electors have already voted for him.

RP2012!

I'm with you on that one!!!

Chuck Baldwin for real change.

I only got to see the tail

I only got to see the tail end, I hope someone will post it. I really like both candidates.

Fv*KING Awsome

Chuck Baldwin has my vote here in California....

I have a lot of respect for Nader, but until he realizes that the Federal Government is not there to take care of everybody with social programs, he is no better than McCain, or Obama. Chuck Baldwin is the man that follows our Constitution, We The People, and will be the leader this country desperately needs, if not this election, he will be for 2012.

Nader or Baldwin...I can't decide

I'm voting third party no matter what (obviously) but I can't decide whom to vote for because I respect both but have disagreements with both candidates on certain policies and opinions. Ah! I agreed with Dr. Paul on every issue.

But great work from both these guys tonight! I felt Chuck had a little problem answering the question asked. Nader is brilliant (although I'm not on board with all his thoughts) and the fact that he's campaigning in all 50 states (even though he's not on the ballot in all) is inspiring.

I know in the spirit of the press conference, a vote for third party candidates is most important but I'm flipflopping all the time on WHICH one. In the end I think it will be Nader (tomorrow I might think Chuck) but I got some of my family in TX on board with voting for Baldwin so I guess I have my bases covered.

I miss Ron.

Ron is still our mentor.

Ron is still our mentor. He's our Ben Franklin. Benjamin Franklin was, in my opinion, the greatest of the Founders, but he never became President, because he never wanted the office.

That Ben Franklin analogy helps

I just loved in the primary being able to leave the booth with a clear conscience...even after the scowls I got for getting a Republican ballot in Brooklyn.

wow Kevin now thats a response

Ron Paul is my Benjamin Franklin
I like it....

★★★thank you RON PAUL★★★

Columbus, Platte Co. Nebraska

I have already mailed in my vote for Baldwin here in AZ

Ron Paul endorsed Chuck Baldwin and that was good enough for me.

Nader vs. Baldwin -- the only true third party candidates!

What a delightful debate! What a pleasure it was watching 2 politicians have a debate on TV where they spoke only the truth with sincerity, referred constantly to the Constitution and didn't sling hatred at each other!

I believe that if Chuck Baldwin had been allowed on the "mainstream" debates, he would have been seen by millions [more] as real presidential material. He spoke frankly, sincerely, intelligently and concisely on every question. He didn't use notes or a teleprompter. He mentioned Ron Paul 3 times!

He made it clear he believed church and state should be separate. However, he did lose me a bit with the government intervention/opinions in the pro-life, man-and-woman marriages, and border issues. I felt myself thinking "Yikes"...

Whereas Ralph Nader, (who I believe has an IQ out of this stratosphere, like Ron Paul), was not as disarming or as personable, if you will. Although I thought he was soft on not mentioning wanting to abolish the Federal Reserve & the IRS but instead something about deregulation, nothing he said made me go "Yikes."

I sincerely liked and enjoyed both of them. I'm rooting for both of them. I see Chuck Baldwin as being young enough and gaining in popularity as a viable third party candidate for 2012 -- if America as we know it still exists by then.

But Ralphie may be on his last bid here. Without a yikes factor...

NOTE: Did anyone see the hilarious Cynthia McKinney youtube they showed why she didn't attend? What a joke she is. Thank you, for not attending. Things were 1000 times more pleasant without that obnoxious narcissitic freak. She's holding her own court by herself tomorrow morning on CSPAN2, the little princess.
