Idaho National Guard Stripped of Weapons by Army?
I got this in email, I haven't confirmed this yet so take it with a grain of salt. However I wanted to put it out to the group and see if we can corroborate it, or if this is happening to any other guard units from other states.
Has anyone heard anything like this or know of it first hand?

Officer Jack McLamb has stated on his 2nd hour of his most recent radio show that he's heard from three different very reliable sources that the Idaho National Guard has been stripped of all weapons and artillery and heavy equipment by the Army. This was supposedly already done to the Montana National Guard and is currently happening across this nation. The men are then being told to report in at Ft. Lewis and are being shipped out of the country to Iraq. The guardsmen are so disgusted they are leaving in droves. When asked why this was happening, they were told, "because there's going to be a 'party' this winter and your not invited." This looks like 'Martial Law' will be declared this winter, probably BEFORE inauguration day. Jack says you better get your firearms and lots of ammo because once 'Martial Law' is declared, it will be impossible to get then at that time. xy&z

I do not mean any disrespect by this comment and maybe there is something I am naively missing.
Sometimes I do wonder, however: why not pick up a telephone and call, in this instance, the Guard HQ or the office of the governor, and ask about the report.
Not necessarily that one could count on receiving accurate information, but it seems a reasonable first step.

For one, Idaho has the NGB armor training center (i.e. Abrams Tanks) they are still there...
There are a couple reasons why guard units are "stripped" of their equipment.
First, which is very common right now is for rearmament. For instance a tank battllion will turn in their M1A1 tanks, and get "new" M1A1 AIMS models.
Second, which is much less common now than 5 years ago. Guard units would deply to Iraq and leave their equipment there for follow on units.
Units will also transfer equipment between guard units which are deploying.
Lastly, if nothing else convinces you, do you think the Governor of MONTANA of all places would allow the federal government to take all of it's military equipment? This is the state whose legislature formally threated to secede last year over gun rights.

I have yet to see if it is confirmed, but on the same note I have yet to see if the story is debunked either. Even if the story turns out not to have legs, that doesn't imply intent to spread disinfo either. I'm sure the poster means well, and I'm still gonna dig & try to find more info.

Yes folks as some have mentioned think a little. Stripping them of their weapons and sending them to Iraq does not mean they are sending them unarmed. It is insinuating they are stripping them of their armament at home so they can't use it to resist unconstitutional orders or what ever.
I posted this here to try and corroborate it. I didn't post it as fact I made that clear right off the bat so those who are whining about the post exercise your free will and don't read it. ( since you didn't read it very well to begin with)
Finally with all the shit going on these days I feel it is important to get any tidbit of information out there ASAP and try and corroborate it as I am sure there were Jews who didn't believe the rumors they were hearing right up until they were loaded into the cattle cars. If it turns out to be nothing well then great no harm done but if it turns out to be true then it was worth it now wasn't it...
