Update Request. 15 y.o. girl who took nudie pics and boys went to jail
I think this was in Colorado? So anyway the story was that this 15 year old girl took nudie pics on her phone and sent them to some boys in her school...at the time of the story, I think one boy had been taken to jail and they were considering charges for the rest of them.
Any updates?
I know this is way out there, but it lets you know just how effed up this world has gotten...you take a minor girl who can't be prosecuted (certain circumstances), she takes nudie pics and sends that pic to a list of people...those people can then be rounded up and arrested, treated like child abusers and perverts. And they don't even have to know the girl, or have anything to do with it... Technology may be great, but it will turn around and nail us in the doo doo hole if we don't watch out. I am cancelling all ability for pictures on my families cell phones...
Anyone has an update please fill us in....of course this is like FLDS..once the initial scare is over the story will probably never be heard from again...

But in the FLDS case, CPS has finally "non-suited" almost every child, and more are being "non-suited" everyday, which basically is an admission that CPS had no excuse for what they did. Non-suiting the children means that the investigations are officially closed and no charges will result.
The net result so far is 9 men have been indicted on bigamy charges, for being "known" to be "married" to more than one woman.
No word on how many non-Mormon men in Texas are being prosecuted for sleeping with more than one woman, though.

So where is the outrage?
Where's that piece of crap Nancy Grace now? So a woman in colorado with a serious mental illness calls in and pretends to be an abused child, all the crap hits the fan, and then they go about prosecuting people for a "crime" that doesn't even have a "victim"?... Actions like this are absurd.

so Nancy Disgrace has no interest in correcting the slanders now.
We saw the Constitution ripped up, thrown to the ground, and spat upon by the state of Texas, we watched the needless victimization of women and children whose only crime was being part of an unpopular religion, and through it all Nancy Disgrace and her cohorts were cheering it on. They got their fifteen minutes of fame, made some examples, now they are done.
Sickening.
There is still some good that can come of this, though.
Texas has charged 9 men with bigamy. Most of these men are married only to women over the age of majority. A couple have wives that are 16 or 17 (which is NOT illegal, but easy to get the sheeple worked up about). If some of these men are convicted, you can bet your bottom dollar this will go to the Supreme Court, which will likely lead to decriminalization of polygamy just as Lawrence led to the decriminalization of homosexual acts. Every cloud has a silver lining, I suppose.

Why should we be surprised
Nothing surprises me any longer. Abuse of power is spreading faster than a prairie wildfire. It's rampant!
Locally, two parked vehicles were towed after they put up no parking signs. Never had a chance to move the vehicles. Happened within two hrs. of putting up the signs. In fact, they were caught in the act of towing the vehicles, one they released right there. The other they hauled down the road, about half mile. Neither vehicle had a ticket on them. It was handed to them when they stopped the tow truck driver. $75 charge for one and $125 charge for the other.
Explanation of the incident did nothing to relieve the cost of towing. Were just told they should be glad they weren't impounded too! The fact the "no Parking" signs were ut up AFTER the vehicles were parked there was irrelevant!
