As has already noted in other comments, this post lacks critical examination. The document referenced is only Attorney Berg's request for judgment in his favor. However, the matter is not a trivial or frivolous one. This is a serious, constitutional issue. It also raises questions regarding how open an Obama administration would be. If any natural born citizen of this country were to be running for president in place of Obama and his/her citizenship were challenged, what would that person immediately do, especially if challenged by a law suit? Would not that person boogie down to the appropriate department and obtain a certified copy of the appropriate birth certificate? Not a "Certificate of Live Birth," mind you, as Obama purportedly presented online, but the "Vault Birth Certificate" complete with the doctor's signature, etc. Isn't this what you would do if you were challenged? Why has Obama then not simply done this? Why all of the legal maneuvers to block the request for this document?

When this stonewalling is taken in conjunction with all of the other shady history of Obama's rise from obscurity to national prominence, virtually overnight, this raises many questions in the critical mind. If anyone here is seriously considering voting for Obama to oppose McCain, I suggest that you do some serious research on Obama's background. And, I am not talking about all of the typical Republican talking points. I am suggesting that you dig deeper. I think that any reflective person can only have doubts about this man when he is examined with an open but skeptical mind. Then, ask yourself if you really want to entrust your future to such an individual.

I'll mention only one specific area that concerns me a great deal. I say this in the context of my many years of experience with hypnotherapy, especially in the use of "indirect hypnosis" or what is now called "conversational or covert hypnosis." Obama's mesmerizing control over people has been noted by many people. When his speeches are analyzed in terms of the principles of "indirect hypnosis," they appear strongly to suggest that either he or his speech writers have incorporated these techniques in them. In some instances, hypnotic commands following an indirect hypnotic induction earlier in the speech are almost too blatant to be called indirect. It is, thus, not surprising that people swoon and faint and have reactions that portray him as a messianic being or a "gift from God." It is also not surprising that they follow him without any capacity to make critical arguments on his behalf. Their critical thinking function has been bypassed and thoughts have been injected into the noncritical mind.

Where would such uncritical devotees follow a President Obama? You develop your own scenarios. The question is not only "Can you trust Obama as President?" The more important question is: "Can you trust a mesmerized majority to preserve your minority rights, as is supposed to be the case in a Republic versus a Democracy?" A republic has been symbolized by two wolves and a sheep deciding what to have for dinner, but the sheep has a gun. Do you truly wish it to come down to such violent protection of your rights?" If not, then we must do everything possible to expose the political manipulation by the Obama Campaign and the MSM that would lead to such violence. We must do everything in our power to wake people up and to stimulate their critical minds to return to the forefront.

I say, further, that we must turn out en masse and register our protest at the ballot box in a show of support for third party candidates who stand against corporatism and the impending police state. Ron Paul has endorsed Chuck Baldwin, the Constitutional Party candidate, who has said that a vote for McCain is a wasted vote. We probably cannot stop the Obama juggernaut. We can, however, register our disapproval for his proposed policies, so that it is clear to all that we are not mesmerized and will continue to speak out guided by our critical minds that have not abrogated control to a Pied Piper.

You can't intelligently debate him or his supporters, and you are scared by the inevitability of his election, so you must slander him with falsehoods.

So McCain or Obama..........

I am 100% RP beliefs.....but we are down to crunch time...and between the two evils....tell me why you choose between the two?

NOTE: I have been on DP way longer than most, and am not disrespecting anybody...but the facts are the facts in my opinion.....here they are as I see it.....

Okay.....the choices for president are McCain or Obama.

McCain.....a copy of Bush, and will continue to run this country into the ground that has lied over and over. He was also next to the bottom of his class in college. He is a loser that married a rich woman, after dumping his first wife that waited for him for years loyally while he was in a Vietnam Camp. I could go on.....

Obama.....a 46 year old man that was near the top of his class from Harvard, and has not lied over and over, and has a "real" family and is a straight shooter (My opinion)

Of course I would choose RP or Baldwin...but we have to face the facts......you have a choice.......I feel a lot more comfortable letting a top Harvard grad give it a go.....then give it to another Bush copy....
