Haha.. Yeah, that guy reminds me of Timone from the Lion king.. like a Ferret or Mongoose or whatever.
NIST didn't even use a realistic engineering simulation for their WTC-7 analysis, instead they programmed it to follow what actually happened as observed. Also, their animation doesn't really even look like the symmetrical collapse that was observed, which means it sucks.

Maybe I was being silly but.......
when the final NIST report came out I expected them to explain how nicely the demolition crew managed to knock the building down without touching any of the surrounding buildings. even though it was a nightmare it was incredibly skillful in it's execution. I've seen it done when it went wrong and half the building toppled. It was not pretty.

the guy doing this interview is making him sound like a complete
moron . This is the funniest thing I have heard. I like when he asks shayum if people in a building have a fire should they all try to leave in 10 seconds to avoid being crushed by a complete collapse ?
