what a pathetic example
of our country at this point. 9 days before the election and there is no proof the democratic candidate is a U. S. citizen. There are so many heads that need to roll, one doesn't know where to start. Well maybe we will be really lucky (sarcasm) and good ol' dubya will issue a stay on the elections til this little misunderstanding can be solved. Maybe he will decide we better wait til next year for an election.

miracle the US Supreme Court functions the way our founders intended and they do here this case. Say they rule in Berg's favor, and Obama cannot prove he's a US citizen, gets bumped from the ticket.

or maybe Biden can be president and Obama vice president. Im not sure what the requirements are for VP. Removing Obama from the president position would be the proper way to go but I think they will have a secret manuver planned and will change the constition to allow non-citizens to become president. I dont trust this governent at all. Think about it,.are they going to deny the cult of personality followers their furor?, I thnk not. Apparently, you know very little regarding the United States Constitution and "The Rule of Law." If Obama is not qualified to take the office as our next President per a ruling by the SCOTUS, the ENTIRE Dem Presidential ticket would be disqualified.

If Barry O. were to be disqualified after the real election (December 15th) but before the Senate reads and counts those votes (1300 hours local time, January 6th, 2009), then I think we'd have a real interesting scenario on our hands. It is conceivable that Joe Biden could still be certified vice president-elect by the Senate, as presumably Biden would have received the same majority of electoral votes as Obama did. But, if no eligible candidate for the Presidency were to receive a majority of electoral votes, the race for President then gets kicked to the House of Representatives.
If the House has not chosen a President under their normal rules by noon local time on January 20th, the the Vice President-elect (Joe Biden) would be acting as President until such time as the House chose the President from among the remaining candidates who received electoral votes.
If the only other candidate aside from Barry O. to receive electoral votes is John S. McCain, then presumably he would be elected President by the House of Representatives, and you'd end up with McCain as Pres. and Biden as VP.
But what if.....On the other hand, if Ron Paul were to win three electoral votes in Montana [I know it's far fetched, but let's just make this more interesting], and the House got to choose between Ron Paul and John McCain, well....now you're talking. The problem with this would be the public perception that the House, if they were to choose Ron Paul, would be overturning the will of the people.
I really don't think it will come to any of this, though. But, if laws were followed and rules were adhered to strictly, there is no other way for this to pan out, if Barry O. is indeed found to be a foreigner.
But as we saw with the GOP process, there is no way these parties will let up on their stranglehold on power and they will collude as needed to maintain the duopoly and keep any and all outsiders on the outside.
I am not a lawyer of any sort, but if anyone can find holes in my analysis, please point them out. I just don't think there is any way Biden automatically becomes Pres., unless Barry O. is found to be inelligible after he is already inaugurated and is thereby forced to resign.

My informant deals with very wealthy clients and he was told (many months ago); "... that as unlikely as it looks now, mark my words...Hillary Clinton will be the next president".

At this point, it does not matter to me if the SCOTUS heres the case or not. It does not matter if any of the states here the case or not. It's a frickin birth certificate, a piece of paper. The fact Mr. Obama fails to produce a document all americans can produce in a matter of minutes, tells me everything I need to know about the man. He is a fraud.

The SCOTUS will ultimately rule on President-elect Obama's Presidential qualifications per "The Rule of Law" and the United States Constitution. I wouldn't go as far as to say he is a fraud...just yet. But, your opinion may prove to be totally correct...
