The Good News

Giuliani's lead is slipping, especially after the recent scandal with one of his people. So this is a great opportunity for Ron Paul supporters to stress the integrity of Dr. Paul and to spread the message of freedom in the "Live Free or Die" state.

The Bad News
.
Romney's campaign is gathering momentum. Although we see him as a slick opportunist (well, I do), he was a popular Governor in Massachusetts, and this popularity has trickled north into the Granite state. He has a powerful organization and quite a bit of money.
That is why it is important for MeetUp groups and other Ron Paul Supporters - from every NE state - to hit the streets and roads and malls in New Hampshire with Ron Paul signs, slim-jims, bell-ringing (say, has anybody ever done the "town crier" bit with a bell?) and other activities to get Ron Paul to the forefront. Romney's progress must not stand, friends. New Hampshire is the hill we must all take. It requires a monumental effort. It means driving 100+ miles and digging in.
If I have seen anything in this campaign since June, it is one miracle after another. But it's the supporters (and of course the message) that have wrought them.
This is the greatest time of need in New Hampshire. Right now.

NH has stuff....
NH has plenty of 'stuff' -- signs of all sizes, literature, pins, stickers, hats, etc, being the first in the nation we were first to get all that stuff. We've been through one whole shipment and are working on the second.
For such a small state, there are 4x8s on roadways and tacked to the sides of barns everywhere, especially up in the north country.
On the corner of 101 and 114, there is a huge Obama sign and some RP signs, but I did not see the Tancredo sign.
A lot of Huck's signs are around there because he was at the politics and eggs at the BVI...and they just never took them down. The BVI is the classy joint where all the press and politicos will be staying/hanging for the primary so it's good to have signs all around there....the tavern is where I love to hang, because not only is it where it's at, it's a short drive home. :-) (Hey Jeff I bet you miss it!)
When I had a staffer with me from Iowa, he loved being able to hear some history from the waitstaff, who are just as up on politics as anyone. This is NH ayuh!
Remind me to tell you the story of Paula Zahn.. LOL

Signs
Also, it might be beneficial, if you're canvassing in NH, to keep a bunch of Ron Paul for President signs in your car to offer to potential supporters. The more Ron Paul signs on lawns, the better! :)
The official campaign HQ in Concord should be able to hook you up with some signs ... And I can too, if you're in the Boston area.

Very true! In Boston, we've been helping out as much as possible. Last weekend I was canvassing in Nashua, and all of us who have gone stressted to our meetup group how important it is.

I was struck by the title of
I was struck by the title of your post, "Boston knows." It caused me to reflect on how far that area has fallen, from the birthplace of Liberty to the depravity of Ted Kennedy. One would think that if any place were to support Ron Paul, it would be Boston! It really makes me smile to imagine Bostonians rising up again for freedom, and fighting for Ron Paul! :-D

In Manchester where 101w meets 293 at that light....way too many other signs now...HUG Tancredo sign as a mater of fact. just down 101w from that...a horseshoe of like 10 Huck signs.
We desperately need a sign surge in southern NH. I'm starting to see Huckabee signs everywhere.
Could Use the Help
We have a very strong campaign here is you look at how many people are in the meetups relative to the population, but if we are going to run to win in NH, we do need more boots on the ground.
I know I've met people from ME, MA, and VT at pre debate rallies and other campaign events, but we could use those people around for a prolonged period of time. That is for those who are able to take time out of their work etc.

We have been canvassing in southern NH and other meetups have been working in other areas of the state diligently for months now.
We have meembers with organization skills that have siginifcantly improved our materials and our events to the point where we are much more effective (for a small group of people) than we would have imagined when we started.
The trouble is, even with help from other meetups, we are running out of time and we need more people knocking on doors and collecting the information
If there is any way you can organize a trip to NH, we would be happy to have your help!

Operation Live Free or Die
This is the meetup coordinator for NH. Yes, we definitely need boots on the ground in NH!!!! Please consider joining Operation Live Free or Die (http://www.seattleliberty.com/about.html). The grass roots in NH are supporting that organization to get people to NH. Once you get here, please don't walk around randomly with random literature!
