URGENT: need to find guy who put up graphs site for RP moneybomb donations last year

I urgently need to find the guy who put up the Ron Paul donation graphs for the Tea Party moneybomb last year. His site at that time was: http://paulcash.slact.net/December-16th/ (check it out)

I believe his first name is Joe. Anybody know how I can reach him? His company name? Or someone who might know how to contact him?

Please help me locate him!!!
