What if Chemtrails are a Mild Hallucinigen or Mood Altering Drug?
To truly understand how this could be possible and you would have no idea I thin you need to have taken mushrooms, peyote or LSD. Those that have can explain to those that haven't.
acid takes a hour or so to kick in and then things get just a little weird, but you know WHY they're weird. If people recieved a drug along the same vain they wouldn't know the difference. It wouldn't need to be nearly as strong as acid, just enough to make "everything ok"
I think it's a "everything is gonna be fine" drug.
Here's the ting, and those that have used these kinds of drugs know, you can control it. You don't have to be effected and if you are you can overcome it even while you're under its influence. Its the knowledge that you've taken it that makes all the difference in the world.

I don't think we recognize these aircraft because they are not from around here. I believe the open skies treaty (below) indicates aircraft from other countries can fly freely here and vice versa.

Not to mention I hardly EVER see commercial planes fly @ 90 degree angles, which happen all the time when they spray. I have hours of this spraying documented. The planes that I see are fluorescent and move extremely fast. The chemtrails disperse and then they gradually form a haze all over the sky. Spraying in our area usually happens early in the morning and usually before any hint of rain. (can fall to the earth faster) I have collected numerous rainwater samples.
Also note the tic tac toe pattern. I live by a major air port in North Texas; if this was "condensation" we would never have a blue sky!

I think it's just poison not aimed directly at "poisoning the population". They have some sort of control in mind, but not directed at, towards "the population" at this time. 5:30 pm EST sky clear, clear blue, I'll check it a little later. And, I mean absolutely clear blue in every direction! Jet flyin' 5:36 pm north-east, fast dissipation. 5:44 pm - no trail visible.
5:46 pm est - another jet, same basic height, same path, must be a route, fast dissipation.

6:11 pm est - one same flight path as previous two, fast dissipation

On the plane to Houston
We passed by a jet that was spraying chemtrails. I saw it fairly up close. It was definitely not a commercial aircraft. Looked military to me.
When I first saw it, it was not spraying anything. Then suddenly, they "turned it on" - two thick streams; one coming from each side. They certainly did not look like ordinary vapor trails, or contrails.

They'll be right along to explain that those trails just started at a given point because of altitude and atmospheric conditions and so forth. There's just never cause for skepticism according to those two (except skepticism of the skeptics or the skepticism--then ideed it's healthy skepticism).

I have always suspected
I have always suspected that--IF chemtrails are deliberately sprayed agents, and I'm not 100% sure of that---their only logical purpose would be either to (a) control weather or (b) sedate the population.
I've been suspicious of chemtrail conspiracy for a long time, at least until a thought hit me a few months ago: If 'chemtrails' are not contrails, why are there virtually no photos on the Internet proving they are sprayed by unmarked military aircraft?
This isn't like 911, where no means exists to prove it. Why are there not literally thousands of high resolution, detailed photos of the aircraft that generate 'chemtrails'? Because we know that commercial airliners would never spray them.

If you want the short version, just to save you the time: An airline mechanic was asked to work on a plane for another airline doing some sort of work on the plane that he hadn't done in years. He saw some things that didn't seem right and confirmed that they were not in the specs for the plane. He investigated further. Then he was basically setup & suspended from his job. Received a threatening phone call then was called back to work the next morning. Later that night he did some searching on the Internet, found some interesting sites and the next day found a note in his locker which was somewhat threatening in relation to his Internet usage the night before. In the report he explained how the system was setup, how the substance is transferred to planes unnoticed, etc.
I'm not sure if I believe the story, but there it is in case you want to look further. Directly related to your comment about commercial airlines...

Alan Watt of cutting through the matrix, and also a guest on Alex Jones, has mentioned several times that shortly after 9/11 Cheney said something to the effect that if we have another disaster they could spray the people with valium and tranquilizers to calm them and according to Alan Watt in the elitist or government documents they refer to it as "calmitives".
