The problem with the good judge...

is that he is speaking to the common people that watch Faux News, and went to public school where the Constitution is not taught. So, they look at him as they do Ron Paul, a radical, or someone living in the past. The schools were taken over by the Gubment for a reason, and it wasn't to empower the people. Preach on judge.

Very recently on a college campus. The hall was packed and the young crowd very receptive. He said get the patriot act before the Supreme Court and it would be over turned. It would be the start of taking this country back.

I agree with that...as soon as the Patriot Act goes in front of the high court, it's history. I'm not a big fan of the Supreme Court, but the unconstitutionality of the Patriot Act is so plain, even they would have no choice but to give it a large thumbs down.

Our government does not ignore our constitution. If they ignored our constitution, that would mean they would be violating our rights, trampling our freedoms, enacting more and more control over us.

This is impossible. This cannot happen. We have our military. And because we have our military, we have freedoms. So long as they are here, we are free. And so long as they fight someone, anyone, even if it was farmers in New Zealand who were abusing their goats, our freedoms are being defended.

It just saddens me that Napolitano has the nerve to disrespect our govt, our military, by suggesting that our constitution is being violated, trampled, shredded.

We all need to be monitored, spied on, tracked. It's for our own good. The constitution is an old worn out document anyways, and needs to be changed. So, it's not really violating it in the first place because we live in new times.

Well, when "what's-his-name" Roberts speaks openly about our "constitutional democracy"--yes, folks, that's what he called it (I will try to find the link--he said it the day he was sworn in as Chief Justice), it does not matter--really--where the Supreme Court is on Presidents ignoring the Constitution. The Chief Justice speaks to undermine our republic the day he's sworn in to uphold it!

is that they realize that their bank account, which happens to be the middle class is getting their, (our) asses kicked. I think someone there actually stumbled across some foresight and realized this fact. See it is always easy to go for the quick easy money, lying, deceitful, quick buck, but in the end if you want to make the long dollar, you have to use some foresight and realize being honest is the only way for a company to capitalize on longevity.

The judge has been saying the same things on Fox for a long time now. During the 2007 primaries he was frequently talking up Ron Paul.

Maybe Fox is turning around. But at this point, I still do not trust them and definitely will not watch them. Judge Andrew Napolitano is a good guy, he's one of us - but he is working in a pit of vipers over there at Fox News. We should applaud him for doing so.

It can't just be to give FOX the appearance that they're a real news source....something stinks, all these stations are talking about the fed and martial law. I'm starting to wonder if all this stuff is meant to come out to enrarge the public into doing something. Theres a famous quuote by one of the globalists saying something about how resistance and revolution is a given so it needs to be steered.

Isn't that what we are supposed to do when our Congress, the judges - everyone who has taken an oath to uphold our Constitution - criminally impedes our Constitutional law? We've got out of control executive, legislative and judiciary branches of government that pay mere lip service to the law of the land, our Constitution and to their constituents who attempt to hold them to their oaths.

Impeachment has become a dirty word, but surely it was set up just for purposes such as this, wasn't it?

Who can bring impeachment proceedings against our elected officials and judges if not us?

Any Constitutional scholars out there?

Yes, simply walk into the halls of congress and remove them. Then hold a "Congress" (look up the definition yourself) of our own and conduct an election right then.
