Presidential Poll of DailyPaulites
How are you going to vote this year for President?
I'm going to have to be biased in this poll and only give you the options of Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr, Cynthia McKinney, Ralph Nader, or write-in Ron Paul.
I think it would only be fair to not include candidates who spout change and will not deliver it.
Please vote on this thread how you will actually vote, and please be courteous of everyone's opinions.
Updated...
After 567 comments on Monday November 3rd at 4:15am (central time) the tally according to sempiternal is:
Chuck Baldwin - 71% (270)
Ron Paul - 13% (50)
Bob Barr - 7% (26)
Ralph Nader - 5% (19)
Not Voting - 2% (7)
Third Party - 1% (4)
Barack Obama - 0.3% (1)
John McCain - 0.3% (1)
Thaddaus Hill - 0.3% (1)
It looks like Ron Paul's official endorsement made an impact among us. Thanks to everyone who has voted. If you have not expressed what you'd like to about the candidates, then please do so soon. Election day is tomorrow!

I voted Baldwin
...and it wasn't easy. In AL, our Secretary of State wouldn't indicate whether a Ron Paul write in would be counted.
I sat with my ballot unmarked for a long time in the polling station. 2 voters sat down beside me, completed their ballots and left. A half-dozen people voted and left while I agonized. I finally decided that if Baldwin was good enough for Ron Paul, he would be good enough for me.
I REALLY wanted to vote for Dr. Paul. I wore his buttons and t-shirts. I had his signs on my lawn... handed out slim jims galore... I wrote letters to the editor on his behalf...
We all did.
In the end, I voted for no Democrats, and no Republicans. That was my Ron Paul vote.
I felt inclined to be depressed about it all, but I voted my conscience and I refuse to be depressed or ashamed of that.
Just got back from voting
I cast my vote for Baldwin.. I've voted Libertarian for the last 5 elections but I don't have a good feeling about Barr and cannot support them this time around.
I could not take it
and I wrote in Ron Paul. He is who I wanted anyway. I was leaning toward Baldwin, but I disagree with quite a few of his positions. I got to the poll in New Jersey, saw the instructions on personal choice candidates laying there, read them and did it. I was also inspired by the story about his two write-in votes in that little New Hampshire town and Nader getting none!
Thanks

Baldwin and Barr votes
I mentioned earlier that I will vote for Chuck.
My mother and sister just wrote in Chuck, and my other sister voted for Barr. They are religious right, and this was a very big deal for them. They couldn't stand my libertarian emails after 9/11, but thanks to Ron Paul, I finally persuaded them to vote Baldwin and Barr. I showed them that the pope strongly condemned preemptive war, so this is their chance to stand with the pope on that issue, not just on abortion. Plus freedom and small government thrown in for good measure. I reminded them that Obama will win New York State anyway, so here's their opportunity to vote their conscience. It worked.
*God bless* Ron Paul.

writing in my man's name
what else could i do?
nothing else. exactly.
I just cast my vote
After tossing it around for a while I decided not to write RP in. I voted Chuck Baldwin instead ...
Easy
Chuck Baldwin....I'm from Chattanooga TN .............
Chuck the System!
I just returned from my polling place in Florida. It was an easy vote: Chuck Baldwin!
Just placed another Write-In Vote For
Chuck Baldwin and voted 3rd party candidates the rest of the way.
I want to write in Baldwin,
I want to write in Baldwin, but I'm afraid it won't count and that's the whole message to send is that 3rd parties can make a difference. The only 3rd party on the ballot here in Texas for me is Barr.
Although I agree in principle, I am quite displeased with Barr, so I may write in Baldwin afterall, but I'm not sure it will be counted... Damn the dilema.
What are your thoughts?

Chuck Baldwin
No way that I'd vote for "corncobupthebutt" or "wrinkle flesh mindless neocon".
The good Doctor cured my apathy after a 35 year slump. Now I feel it settling in again. Sad. Bummed out.
Sticking with the man who protects my health freedom!
Writing in Ron Paul x 2 in our home. I found RP on my search for a candidate who would protect my health freedom, I'll stick with him. 7 years cancer free thanks to alternative medicine. Be Well RP.

Nader/Gonzalez 2008!
Nader 2008!
It's been a great year and a half working for the campaign for Dr. Paul both officially and back at home unofficially. Nader held an amazing rally at the DNC and had some wonderful speakers that really opened my eyes! There is no doubt I would feel just as lucky with Ralph Nader in office. Just recently the guy stood in front of the White House bull-horning for 45min a case for impeachment against the current administration. There is a true fight within this man, and although Dr. Paul is the dream, it would be a great world with Nader as well.

This summer I collected
This summer I collected signatures to get Chuck Baldwin on the Iowa ballot. I have a Chuck Baldwin sign in my front yard. I like Chuck Baldwin. I like his stand on almost all the issues. If he could get enough votes tomorrow, I think it could propel him to the 2012 election.
But as the election approaches, I like the idea that the man who changed my life forever will be who I vote for. I know that CB will not win anyway, so I think I have to write in Ron Paul. I may never have the opportunity to make such a perfect, once in a lifetime, vote again. For me this will be one powerful vote.

CA write-in for Ron Paul
With intense pleasure and Gail Lightfoot for VP. I wouldn't vote for McCain or Obama with a gun to my head.
Paul on the ballot in Montana!
I voted for Ron Paul!
(Not a write in, either)
Ron Paul was put on the ballot by the Constitution Party of Montana, which is distinct from the national Constitution Party.
If Ron were not on the ballot, my choices would have been:
1) Baldwin
2) Barr
3) write in someone, probably Paul, knowing that it might not get counted.
Chuck Baldwin via Colorado
Chuck Baldwin via Colorado mail in ballot.
Chuck Baldwin. Ron Paul
Chuck Baldwin.
Ron Paul
I want to vote for Ron Paul
I want to vote for Ron Paul so bad...however, I live in North Carolina, and Ron is not a qualified write-in nor is Baldwin. I will probably vote Nader. At least the vote will "count" (or will it?).

The state of North Carolina
The state of North Carolina has some of the most restrictive ballot access laws, ranking at approximately the 3rd most restrictive in the entire nation. According North Carolina General Statute Chapter 163 Section 96(a)(2) to initially gain access to the election ballot, a political party must obtain signatures from 2% of the total number of citizens that voted in the most recent general election for the office of Governor. This means, for the Constitution Party of North Carolina to gain access to the ballot, and to be able to field candidates to appear on the ballot under the Party's name, we were required to obtain at least 69,734 signatures and then our candidates would still be required to pay their respective filing fees (another uneccessary burden once a party has already obtained such a large number of signatures). Yet, a party must go ahead and figure in that the state will end up only certifying approximately 70% of the signatures they turn in, so in reality a party had to obtain approximately 100,000 signatures. This huge number of signatures is outrageous and shows just how much the two-party duopoly desires to keep out external competition and true agents of political progress and change (and no, we aren't talking about the Obama type of change). All these laws serve to do is keep competition down and allow the two major parties to continue to dominate, at the cost of stiffling the people's right to free speech.
We call on the citizens of North Carolina, regardless of political affiliation, to stand with us and tell our elected representatives in the North Carolina General Assembly to break down these restriction on liberty and restore the people's right to vote unabridged, or face the risk of having to finding a new job.

ADD 2 MORE FOR BALDWIN
My sister and I have abandoned the RNC & LP for Chuck Baldwin and the Constitution Party. We're going with Ron Paul's endorsement.
Good enough for Ron Paul is good enought for me
Hence I will vote for Chuck Baldwin tomorrow.

Nader as a lesser of evil...
In NC, my only choice for 3rd party is Barr or Nader. I'm probably going to vote for Nader. I see Nader cooperating with Paul, but not Barr. I'm inclined to vote Libertarian, but I'm not sure about Bob Barr...
I voted for Nader last time, but that was before I had internet and learned of Ron Paul, Ludwig Von Misses, etc.
