For REAL CHANGE feast your eyes on this BALLS WITH TEETH Plan

Let us pause for a moment and reflect on where the revolution is at this time/date. Thanks to Dr. Paul, the importance of understanding and adhering to the Constitution cannot be underestimated. Many have taken Constitution classes, listened to Ron Paul speak on our problems with foreign policy, the economy, immigration, education, the great bailout, health care, monetary policy, etc., all within a constitutional context. It is marvelous to see how straight forward and relatively uncomplicated the solutions are by following the Constitution’s principles across the board. While freedom awareness has spread and continues to grow, let’s look at what we’ve done and consider a new, bolder path forward.

Promoted a great pro-constitution major party presidential candidate.
Promoted a great pro-constitution major party presidential candidate using an unqualified/opaque/unapproachable campaign staff.
Promoted several pro-constitution major party congressional candidates.
Contacted Congress/President concerning pending legislation.
Contacted Congress/President opposing more war funding.
Contacted Congress/President concerning grievance petitions.
Promoted 3rd Party candidates.
Opposed the illegal state-sponsored kidnapping of children of a particular faith.
Rallied against the Federal Reserve.
Rallied for the Republic.
Birthed the Campaign for Liberty.

That may be a short list, but I believe it captures the most important events in this movement. So where do we go from here. This is my take action (balls with teeth) plan:

Find and promote a great pro-constitution presidential candidate.
Find and promote a great pro-constitution vice-presidential candidate.
Find a seasoned pro-constitution national campaign staff that is transparent and more than willing to work closely with the grassroots for ideas and funding.
Promote the above ticket for nomination by one of the major 3rd parties.
Begin these top four processes starting November 5th, 2008.
Set up an aggressive legal defense fund to not only defend patriots everywhere but to counter-sue and/or charge any and all perpetrators with treasonable acts where necessary.
Find and fund great constitution lawyers to indict one legislator/month on violation of oath of office charges. Since all avenues used thus far have led to dead end roads, examples must be made before they will begin listening to we the people.
Find an honest DA or similar attorney to initiate a grand jury investigation into one aspect of 911 using jurors from local rp/911 meet up groups (yes, prosecutors can aid in jury selection) with the goal being to convince the jury that enough evidence exists for formal trial(s) to follow involving obstruction of justice, treason, etc. One aspect I am confident that a grand jury can investigate is the multiple video tape evidence centered around the strike on the Pentagon on 9/11/01. Because a grand jury meets in private conditions, there should be no problem in accessing all the video evidence, national security notwithstanding.

These are the actions I would like to see taken to ratchet this revolution up to the next level. Although many of these points are definitely applicable on the state and local levels, the initial emphasis should be on the federal for maximum impact. Initiating the first four points starting November 5th , 2008 is crucial since any campaign centered around a 3rd party requires mastering the many time-consuming hurdles which are necessary to make it a viable campaign. Fortunately, we already have the logistics in place to accomplish this mission. Once our balls get rolling with this plan, it is going to snowball, guaranteed. Just a reminder; we cannot afford to continue to pursue the same failed methods and expect something miraculous to happen. It won’t. Therefore, we have got to roll up our sleeves and be as consistent and determined as waves seeking the shore. The legal route is our unused proving ground. The NAACP had a very difficult war to win but they did succeed by picking their battles one by one and winning them in the court system. We can learn from their courageous example.
