After the way they treated Ron Paul. From their opposing candidates, to their radio hosts, to their Fox TV, to their party apparatus, to their bloggers, etc... Never did they give him a fair shake. They avoided confronting him on ideals as much as possible, just ignored or ridiculed him in glib ways. Perhaps they realised if they did confront him on ideas, their pro small government myth would be exposed. In any event, I agree they do not deserve our vote.

Furthermore my personal feeling is Obama will be a better president. Symbolically he would represent a transcendence of our racially divided past. Also, I feel he is emotionally more attuned to the needs and wishes of the people. McCain is just sputtering tired Republican rhetoric and dogma, we need to move forward. However, I still cannot vote for Obama, because I disagree with his central ideas like Universal Sickcare through bureaucracy, prescription drug abuse, and inflated dollars.

I'm in PA and I'm voting for Nader. Barr is not an option after his narrow minded campaign. We needed to open up the process for third party competition and he refused to play his role.

Let me tell you up front, I do NOT like either McCain or Obama.
I feel neither is fit to be POTUS. Saying that, let me go into the reasons why I voted for Barrack Obama.

1) We all know the reasons not to trust John McCain.
a) Keating Five
b) McCain - Feingold
c) McCain - Kennedy
d) Absolute moron on economic matters and uses the worst person available for his economic information, Phil Gramm.
e) Covered up his wife's addiction, keeping her from going to jail.
f) Divorced his first wife so he had a trophy wife to get himself into Congress
g) Is such a moron, that he graduated Annapolis in the bottom 1% of his class
h) Is such a moron that it took his Admiral Dad to get him to be a Jet jockey, where upon he crashed 5 jets during his tenure in the Navy.
i) A man so stupid that after 23 years in the Navy, he retired only as a Captain. Even a complete dunce should have been able to make it to Rear Admiral just from Time in Serve and he only made Captain because of his retired Admiral dad putting pressure to get him to that rank.

Ok, that is just the short list, but you get my point.

Next. What I actually want to see happen is a complete running of the Federal Government by Democrats I desire the Democrats to have total control of the House, Senate and POTUS. I want a complete failure of the government by overspending, by mismanagement of federal dollars.

I don't want the normal checks and balances that Republican v. Democrat brings. By letting the Democrats get their wildest dreams, we will get the utter collapse of the dollar which we need desperately.

This will stop foreign nations from loaning the US more money. It will force the US government to live within its means. It will stop ad hoc wars from being started when there is no money to fund them. It will force our troops to come home from overseas because we can't afford to warehouse them in Japan, Germany, England or 105 other nations around the world.

It will cause the collapse of the Social Security system, medicaid and medicare which have bankrupted this nation. It will force the Federal Reserve to expire from its own ineptness. It will stop the Nanny State foisted upon us by the federal government.

No longer will 534 of the stupidest people on earth control the direction that our country moves because they will have NOTHING the lobbyist want from them....namely money.

Lastly, Barrack Obama has so little time in office that he doesn't have a clue where any of the bodies are hid He has little political clout to force his own party to follow him or his ideology for the next four years.

These people have their own agenda and Barrack, while titular head of the party has no means to put them into line when they go off half cocked on their own crusades.Lets face it, Hillary was the brains behind the Clinton Administration, not Bill.

This quite honestly is the perfect storm for liberty minded folks. Seven states already have laws written into their constitutions that will allow them to secede from the Union if Barrack remotely thinks that martial law is the answer to the economic woes coming to the US and the world.

That is my logic and reasoning for voting for Barrack. May we have a quick and painless a coupe so we may return to the Constitution and true liberty.
