I'm looking to put together a list of incumbents that voted for unconstitutional bills.
Here are the ones i know of.

Patriot Act
FISA
Bailout bills(H R 3221 Foreclosure Prevention Act of 2008/?)

Know of any others?

Many people keep voting these same people in and don't check there voting record.
