The U.S. Supreme Court is being asked to help the nation avoid a constitutional crisis by halting Tuesday's election until Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama documents his eligibility to run for the top office in the nation.

Democratic attorney Philip Berg had filed a lawsuit alleging Obama is ineligible to be president because of possible birth in Kenya, but as WND reported, a federal judge dismissed the complaint claiming Berg lacks standing to bring the action.

The 34-page memorandum that accompanied the court order from Judge R. Barclay Surrick concluded ordinary citizens can't sue to ensure that a presidential candidate actually meets the constitutional requirements of the office.

There is no point in stopping the elections

Especially when W Bush, Destroyer of the Republicans, is finishing off McCain.

I wonder if he will do a last minute plug for him right before the 4th and talk about the economy again, just to make sure McCain is completely wiped out.

But really, I thought you were here long enough to know that both of these clowns are perfect NWO stooges?

It really doesn't matter who is elected and stopping it would be like throwing a wrench into their machine.

The government will be blamed if the elections are stopped -- you first need a fall guy/group (terrorists).

I agree there's little point for stopping the elections, and it's unlikely they will, but I think the powers that be sit around and work up these "scenarios".

It depends on their motivations. It's obvious both candidates are NWO stooges.

My expectation is nothing will happen and we'll have a normal election with a large voter turnout. But I don't trust these nutcases in power.

This is highly unlikely---but potentially very creepy.

Suppose the powers that be wanted Martial Law to be declared in a few days. All they'd have to do is disqualify Obama as a presidential candidate!

Imagine the social chaos that would ensue...just imagine it. If you can. Suppose this was the ultimate "southern strategy"?

At that point the proverbial 'shit would hit the fan', whether Biden ran off against McCain or Bush stayed in office.

Again, "patriots"--while undeniably the target of a lot of psy black ops--often assume themselves to be the target of FEMA camps, perhaps through delusions of grandeur. (Pardon my bluntness, but it's the truth.)

They want us to pay Income taxes and support the system..and they know we're 'all talk'. They need taxpayers and NRA members to support their system. They put our favorite ex-presidential candidate on TV interviews with smiling journalists. They chose Sarah Palin in an attempt to politically appease and confuse us. (Which may work with many; the jury is still out on that.) They see us as disenchanted ex-Bush voters who can be corralled back into the GOP fold.

They see us as Good Little Serfs. "Here now, listen to Glenn Beck interview Dr. Paul, now on FOX. Now run along and play Cowboys 'n' Indians with your assault guns."

They don't want to lock us in FEMA camps. They want the inner city poor there. Whose guns were confiscated after Katrina? Who were the people shipped all around the country, put up in those ridiculous trailers, and permanently relocated in many cases?

Why are those mysterious black FEMA coffins conspiracy buffs are worried about stacked in the Deep South, near Atlanta, Georgia?

Things that make you go 'Hmmmm'...

I agree disqualifying Obama at this stage or as an elected president would lead to serious civilian arrest ('The racists don't want a black president'). And perhabs you are also right with your assumption that really the black community is targeted. Would be a great version of divide and conquer.

We have people here who told me "the day after O is elected (sic) i will be drinking champagne and will call in sick to work." MANY people have told me this - they act like it is a done deal. Maybe the records were sealed to prevent us from finding out he WAS set up for this even though he really has NO Constitutional problems. Sealed records mean NEITHER side of the issue has access. How twisted would that be?

I'd be surprised if--in the event he really is legally disqualified--this had not been set up as a scheme. It would be effective, too.

I believe the urban Poor are targets for the elites because they want more people on the tax rolls.

They aren't really scared of us (meaning Ron Paul people). They see us as a source of income, possible amusement, most likely of all, they fully intend to misdirect us with people like Palin and Bob Barr. I also think they would love to capture and redirect our energy by assimilating us back into the GOP. There is not a single one of us who hasn't voted GOP for president in the past twelve years. Even I did, once. (Bob Dole, in 1996.)

They are scared of 150 million gun owners and the hardcore from same, in the NRA and GOA. Those are the primary targets they are trying to politically misdirect.

They are anointing a new "Ronald Reagan" for the Right, even now as we speak. It's probably Sarah Palin. They'll try to get as many of us as they can on the bandwagon.

They will work the two-party system against us. We will be herded back to the GOP. Expect to be bombarded by Psy Op shills frantically trying to redirect the CFL back into the GOP. Don't listen to them.

Since when do citizens of the united States of America not have standing when it comes to asserting the birth of a candidate for our country when the constitution that stipulates that birth requirement starts off with the words, "We the people"?!

This judge, Judge R. Barclay Surrick should be IMPEACHED! It is certainly a misdemeanor to deny one of "we the people standing for desiring the establishment of a constitutional requirement for a national office. In fact, I think it is a high crime!!

If he was filing a claim against someone running for a state ofice in a state other than the one inwhich he resides, then he would lack standing. Any citizen, 18 years or older, has standing in a case like this.

Wherever this judge is, the people in that community should be up in arms (figuratively)!

After seeing judges hinder prosecutions and render legislative edicts and other unconstitutional acts in the judiciary, I am convinced that "we the people" need to go to court more often and/or have people representing constitutional integrity report on the judges that do not submit to their constitutional limits so we the people can exercise our only remedy - impeachment and votes to not retain!

And what's really interesting is that Obama's records in Kenya have been SEALED, from what I've read. But, interestingly, WHY would there even be any kind of birth records for Obama in Kenya?

Besides, even if he was born in Hawaii, wouldn't Obama have had to give up his U.S. citizenship when he became an Indonesian citizen? If he became a U.S. citizen again his only option would have been to be naturalized.
