social networks. He is going to be ALL things to ALL people.
Thousands of his supporters have the same number of ideas about his "change". Is totally the idea behind the premise. That is why it is so effective.

It's a losing battle
talking to a Ron Paul supporter about either of these candidates. Paul supporters are all about issues. They've studied 'em. They live 'em. They know 'em inside out. THEIR candidate has ALWAYS talked about 'em. When was the last time Obama mentioned the Constitution? Well, how COULD he, since every program he puts forth is socialist, and therefore against the law? Well done, lady. Glad to have you on MY side, I'll say that.

Obama just "looks the part" of "change" while McCain looks like the stiff pasty old white guy in all the movies - the cliche corrupt politician. Its embarassing and i feel really dumbed down.

I had 2 calls on behalf of Obama. The first one it was obvious it was a young man. When he asked who I was voting for, I said undecided as I am a Ron Paul supporter. He then said what issues of Sen. Obama are you unsure of. I replied and I quote, "Son, are you sure you want to debate the issues with a Ron Paul supporter?" He said I'd like to know. So, I let him have it, from the Patriot Act, FISA, Bailout, HR 1955 & 1959, Poverty tax, mandatory "National Service." He thanked me and hungup. No debate. 2nd call 2 nites ago from a "grownup." Same deal what don't I agree with. Well I let him have it with both barrels. The funny thing is he agreed with me on mostly everything. Said he was angry about Obamas vote on FISA, Patriot Act, Bailout. I don't think he knew about HR1955 or 59 or the Povertry tax. Got into the lesser of the two evils, wasting my vote, la, la, la. I asked what about the Consitution, our liberty, our freedom, the economy, our foreign policy. I went into more detail, but you guys know the drill. The he said and I quote, "I know for a fact Ron Paul is racist. I heard it myself in his speeches." Oh boy, he unleashed the beast. I demanded to know what, when and where he heard that speech. Couldn't answer me. I acknowledged the newsletters with an explanation. Was adamant Ron Paul was not a racist and he better get his facts straight. We ended on National Service. Gave me the rich should serve as well. I asked so you agree with a draft and you agree with having your children and grandchildren serving in an UN uniform in some conflict that has nothing to do with us. Of course he doesn't think that is what will happen. I said, "I hope you think back to our conversation 10 years from now and realize what was lost." Nice talking to ya and have a good day. This was about a 20 minute conversation. My husband was loving it. Said he felt sorry for the guy.

Thanks for taking the time. Mostly I get recordings. Makes me think they don't want to talk to me. You must be a democrat?? Maybe you tried to vote against Bush?? Good job, if so.
In all the other races where I am voting out the incumbent, I have written to see how they voted in the primaries. I have concluded you can only tell who a person really is by how he actually voted in that primary.

These people remind me of my daughter. Once when I had spanked her, she yelled that she was gonna call HRS and tell them I had committed child abuse. I asked her if she knew what happened when she did that. She said, Yeah, you get in trouble!". I said, "That's right. Then they take me away from you and put you in a place with a different mother".
She was so shocked. She suddenly realized that what had sounded good would not play out the way she thought. She never mentioned that "child abuse" thing again..
I was a Democrat
all my life. Switched to Republican to vote for Ron Paul in PA primaries. Also, have received dozens and I mean dozens of robo calls for McCain. Only 2 calls for Obama and both from "real people." I figure they had an older roster of registered Democrats. Don't know what I'll do in the future. PA is a closed primary state. Depends on the candidate and his or her platform. I'll change parties in a heartbeat. I
