Obama does not care about the Constitution. He is not even in office yet and he is already looking to circumvent it by disregarding the necessary qualifications to become President. I believe he was born in Kenya. If he wasn't, then why doesn't he just produce the papersthat show he was born in Hawaii? He owes at least that to the AMerican people if he is going to be our President.
So what do you think he will do once in office? Our Constitutional law will mean nothing to him. He and the Democratic controlled Congress will be able to appoint anyone they want to the Supreme Court. When this happens, watch out.....your right to petition, freedom of speech, own a gun, and on an on, will be violated.
You will hear talk of how the Constitution is outdated and does not fit today's world. How we need to embrace the world and stop thinking of ourselves as one nation. The meaning of this country and its heritage mean nothing to him. Why do you think the man can't put his hand over his heart for the pledge, if he even says the pledge in the first place?
Why do you think he attended Ayers' church all of those years while Ayers himself was spewing hate for this country? Why do you think Obama's wife has given her own versions of hate speeches against this country?
He will also talk of world citizens and not US citizens. He will socialize everything from healthcare to retirement accounts.
Folks, these people are powerful people, and they will dramatically change what America is.

Further, a McCain victory would tell the Republican Party that they can mock Ron Paul, support endless war, spend like power-drunk whores, defile the constitution, and still get reelected. That the constitution and its ideas are and have been suppressed and ignored, we can agree on. But because freedom has been set aside in principle is somewhat different from wholesale loss of freedom and the institution of authoritarianism/totalitarianism. We have been getting bigger and bigger tastes of authoritarianism/totalitarianism, there is (one must admit) some indication that the next 4 to 8 years (especially given the potential economic circumstances that have brought us outrages like the no banker left behind bailout act) will bring about a great push by whichever of the authoritarian regimes gets its 16% democratic mandate from the people.
I hope this does not happen, and they leave us enough time to cultivate a love of freedom on the local level that can turn the tide. Maybe the financial system will hold up for another dozen or 16 years, and we'll have another Clintonian decade with isolated outrages like Waco...but it doesn't look likely.
