The Power of financial capitalism had [a] far reaching plan, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.

This system was to be controlled in a feudalistic fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences.

The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks, which were themselves private corporations.

and the central banks in most all countries.

Just read what he and other hit men/women did/do to 3rd world countries.
They go in stating they want to help raise the standard of living of
the country but those who benefit are a few plutocrats in the country,
the banks, and U.S. corporations doing business in the country.

He writes about if the hit men/women cannot hook the government
into loans, then the "jackal" step in. The "jackals" are the the CIA
and military. In the state of Georgia, we have the School of Americas.
They take young, poor men from the 3rd country and train them as
assassins or killing squads. We place a puppet leader in place in
this 3rd world country and use the killing squads to take the country
over using the assassins to kill those who resist.
