Remember, Remember, ... the 5th of November
It was the day that united many of us under the banner of a little known Texas congressman. It was the day we began breaking records. We started getting mainstream media attention. A candidate proved that 'freedom was popular'.
It was the day that we changed Dr. Paul's mind about whether or not Liberty had a chance.
A year later we realize that he did not get the nomination and will not get the Presidency in 2008, but the campaign turned into a timeless Campaign for Liberty.
This November 5th we will all wake up to a new President-elect. Just like four years ago, four years before that, and two hundred years before that, the battle for freedom will rage on.
The election is not the end. It never was the end. What if Ron Paul had won the nomination and the election. What would you be doing this November 5th to preserve liberty?
Our goal does not change just because our President changes from Bush to Obama or McCain or Paul. Freedom is a never ending fight, and are lives have been changed all because of what for many began on the 5th of November 2007.
Let us never forget.
