Ron Paul can still win this election!
Here's how:
1. RP wins Montana (might be slightly tough odds but still possible) or gets at least one electoral vote from somewhere else!
2. Obama wins the US election Tuesday.
3. Obama wins the electoral college vote in December.
4. The supreme court intervenes after the electoral vote and determines that Obama is ineligible to be president (due to not being a natural born citizen).
5. The presidential decision now goes to the House of Representatives whom gets to vote between the remaining eligible candidates that did get electoral votes. That is Ron Paul and presumably John McCain.
6. The house with democrats in majority decides to bypass on McCain and votes in one of their own members... The good doctor and voila!
Ron Paul becomes President!
It is possible.
I'm casting my RP vote tomorrow morning and Ron Paul is the first name printed on my Montana ballot!

Just before a Steelers game last night there was a big conversation about Ron Paul (very positive) on a radio station, I guess there is also an employee in the building that is a big supporter whose car has a bunch of RP bumper stickers and a sunshade with RP as well! It's 104.7 fm in Pittsburgh, a conservative radio station. There were also many calls supporting Ron Paul and the show's host said "I don't know why Ron Paul didn't get more attention". I was so happy to hear it!

The Dems would never support Dr. Paul over McCain. McCain is one of them who has simply infiltrated the GOP. That is why he may well be a worse choice than Obama in the end. Obama will have some opposition from Congressional Repubs, but Repubs and Dems alike will support socialist McCain. Some like the wolf, some like his sheep's clothing.
Either way it goes, may God help us through the next four years and may we help ourselves by preparing for the next election in two.

Obama's mother was an American citizen when he was born, which makes him a natural born citizen. He could be born on mars, and as long as he has one American parent, he's still an American, just like every kid born overseas to American citizens.

that includes the possibility that Obama actually may have become a citizen of Indonesia when he went to school there and if he did he would have forfeited his US citizenship and there's no record of him reclaiming his US citizenship.

A friend was talking to me about this stuff tonight... I filled in the gaps for her when she didn't have details. When she gasped I knew it was because she realized the "what if" in regards to what process Obama went through when he returned to the US after becoming an Indonesian citizen. It was like a lightbulb turned on in her head.

Yeah, it makes him a citizen, but I believe the requirements are that you have to actually be born within the borders of the USA. That's why there was initial controversy over McCain because he was born on a naval base in panama, which is only just technically considered 'inside' the USA.
McCain was born outside of
McCain was born outside of the naval base in an area that was controlled by Panama and during a time when US law would not consider his birth to be natural born based upon the circumstances. His citizenship status was so questionable that it required a special vote by the Senate on a resolution to declare that he is a natural born citizen. They weren't sure themselves, so they went ahead and voted that he was.
Obama, if he was born in Kenya then he is not natural born due to his father being a non-citizen and his mother not meeting the age requirement (gave birth too soon after age 15 or 16, I forget the exact requirement).
Then, even if Obama's grandmother is wrong about witnessing his birth in Kenya and he actually was born in Hawaii (despite publishing a forged copy of his sister's birth certificate on his website) we still have the issue of Obama renouncing his U.S. citizenship when he became an Indonesian. The choice was that he either remained a U.S. citizen or he became an Indonesian - not both as it wasn't permitted by Indonesia law at the time. Obama's family chose Indonesia.

My brother was born in the UK and my parents were both US citizens, he spent 1 year of his life there and had to become a US Citizen when he turned 18.
