CALIFORNIA: WRITE IN RON PAUL

Below is a response to my should I vote Ron or Chuck question- from a friend of mine who is a leader in the patriot movement:

I LOVE Ron Paul!! But Dr. Paul quit the race and then endorsed Chuck Baldwin. I believe California is the only state with Dr. Paul on the ballot.

[actually, there are two other states as well, and Ron and Chuck are CA write-ins only]

The VP is Gail Lightfoot. I know a little about her due to my managing Art's

gubernatorial campaign back in 2006. Gail is a pretty radical libertarian. Back in 2006 she was in favor of illegal immigration. She filed the paperwork to put Ron Paul on the ballot, because some of the more radical libertarians are disappointed in the libertarian presidential candidate, Bob Barr.

So based on the above information, I am personally voting for Chuck Baldwin.

I also kind of see it this way..Ron is not on the ballot in other states, but Baldwin can be voted in 48 of our great states. My thought is if he receives a good showing at the ballot nationwide that maybe, just maybe other Americans will follow the example of voting 3rd party next time. But if all the third party votes are divided, then I think it has less of an impact and people say..see third parties don't have good outcomes. It's just a thought..nothing scientific.

Well tomorrow is it! Let's hope and pray that the elections turn out better than we think at this point.

We all know Obama is going to win CA in a big way. So, here's a little FYI

I just want to let you know that Ron Paul is an official write in candidate. A vote for RP is a great way to protest the two party system and to strengthen 3rd party candidates. It also calls attention to our poor economic policies by endorsing the candidate that has been talking about this all along.

me and my wife voted absentee, and I asked her who she was going to vote and she said she wasn't because she didn't like any of them and then she asked me and I said Ron Paul, she looked at me and said "We can do that?!?!" and said write-in dude!
So I voted for the Dr, and so did my wife!
Sweet! I want to see how many votes Ron Paul gets for California and other states he was allowed to be written in! Good job you guys, let people know you can vote for Ron Paul! I told my friends it was a no-confidence vote to the current political system which never benefits the common man, the commoner. I got some others who said they would but we will see.
