Obama is "The Game" of the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode. Is Ron Paul Wesley Crusher, or are we?
The whole irrational enchantment of Obama reminds me of an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. It was one focusing on Wil Wheaton's Character, Wesley Crusher and Ashley Judd was guest star. It was called "The Game".
Some aliens had a conspiracy to secretly take over star fleet by creating this game. It projects the game field right into your eye, and every level you go up, you get an endorphin rush. You get more and more addicted to it, until nothing else matters anymore, and reason succumbs to artificial emotion. Wesley resisted it though. He knew it was creepy, everyone being obsessed with this game, and he tried to expose people and warn them. They just thought he was crazy. Come on, play the game Wesley! You'll love it! But he kept a skeptical and cautious mind, and exposed the conspiracy, with some help from Data, and broke everyone's illusion of this false greatness.
Of course, in my analogy, Obama/CFR/Operation Mockingbird/MSM is the game. Now who will be Wesley?
