OT: Health / Cancer question

He was treating cancer back in the 1930's with plant-based diets and herbs. I would suggest getting that book.

For cancer, he recommends a total cleansing of the bloodstream and intestines with herbal laxatives (like Nature's Secret Detox), and radically changing the diet to mostly fruits and vegetables (all listed on page 287) -- a juicer would be the best way to get as much live enzymes as possible (just keep fruits separate from vegetables).

Also frequent sweat baths (detox) and massage (circulation).

I personally know someone that had a tumor growing on the back of his head/neck. His doctor recommended eating raw fruits and vegetables all day long, and the large lump disappeared within 2 weeks.

Floride is bad but there is a lot of info out there about Iodine (Lugols) and B17. Don't rely on the doctors knowing much about alternative medicine. Do your own research!!!! Become pro-active in your treatment!!! You have more at stake then the doctor.

I'm no doctor, and I've never had to deal with cancer or studied it, so my advice may not be worth much.

First, I'm pretty sure cancer occurs when some genetic code in your DNA either mutates, or sometimes already had the bad genetic code in the DNA since conception, or is caused by a virus (which is basically a piece of DNA), which at some point in time begins to cause uncontrolled cell reproduction. I'm pretty sure that your body often attacks and destroys cells like these on it's own, but not always, which is when you end up with an actually cancerous tumor. The reason your friend has this cancer is because his body has not destroyed it early on, and I'm not sure how likely it is for the body to destroy it on it's own at this point.

Changing to as healthy of a lifestyle as possible (diet [healthy food, trace minerals, etc], exercise, etc) can certainly help, and I suppose could even potentially give your body what it needs to trigger it into recognizing the cancer as something bad and having the things it needs to destroy it, but I would think that as time goes on, the chances of this being effective decreases a lot. It is very possible that it would have to be physically removed with surgery to get rid of the bulk of the cancer from the body, depending on how far along it is.

Radiation is obviously a bad thing for the body, but if the body does not recognize the cancerous cells and tries to destroy them on it's own (and how would you be able to accurately detect and measure whether it's doing so?), it may be the best weapon at destroying any remaining cancerous cells, but it will also destroy other cells in the body as well. There is a cost.

You have to try your best to determine which method will hurt your body the least in the long run, and it's different for each person, as each person's situations are unique (as far as the size of the cancer, where it's at, their age, their current health, etc). There's no one-treatment-fits-all for cancer treatment or anything else.

This is just my guess...I took one biology class and a health class in high school approx 10 years ago...

The most important thing you can do is pray to God, and ask others to pray, too, and ask God to help heal his body through whatever method's are chosen, or despite the method's chosen if they were wrong. And focus on helping your friend live as healthy as they can, at least until the cancer is gone (it can only help). Going for an all natural treatment may or may not work, depending on the specifics of the situation.

Also, I know that nascent iodine (a good brand is Magnascent) is supposed to be good - I don't know what "radioactive" iodine is but it doesn't sound good. I would visit www.magnascent.com and give the guy a call. I just talked to him today, actually.
