After the failed communist revolutions on 1848 through Europe those particpating fled for their lives or were imprisoned. Many ended up here in the USA. They backed Lincoln in his capacity as President. Lincoln was for big government so they fit well into the agenda. There were many 'German American' battallions in the Union army. Many of these colonels and generals became statesmen, judges and writers [many publishing their own newspapers. There were 'utopian' [communist] communities set up through the heartland of america.
Karl Marx wrote many articles for the NY Tribune. Edward bellamy wrote a novel, "Looking Backwards" about communism that was a best seller in the USA. His cousin, Francis Bellamy wrote the 'Pledge of Allegiance".
John Dewey, [the 'educator'] wrote a book 'The Humanist Manifesto' on communism based on Marx's book " the Communist Manifesto". The educator Horace Mann, like the Bellamy's, Marx and Dewey were devout communists. So, that is why our kids have been getting dumber and dumber. That is the goal of a communist, state run board of education.
Before the civil war ended Senator Joseph Morrell [a commie], penned the Federal Land Grant act, passed in 1861. This was a communist takeover of the land of the southern gentry and a redistribution of wealth. The act states that the federal government has final say on the cirriculum of the 'land grant' universties. That is why the corporations [Monsanto, Cargill, ADM, etc] get such support from this system, they own it!

This morning between 6:30 and 8:30 I was listening to talk radio ( KTSA
San Antonio) and in that time period I heard 23 advertisements paip for by YOU ( the taxpayer) brought to you by The Ad Council.
In these bloggs I see many people worring about the chemtrails,911 truthers, the illuminati,CFR, NWO and etc.
Google The Ad Council , tipically socialist they claim "affective positive social change" . Positive to who`s means? There creed is "addressing critical social issues for generations of Americans". Maybe that`s how the sheeple are indroctronated. About 5 years I searched for their website and at that time their was to affect "progressive social change" I guess they had to soften it for mass consumption.
There ads cover everything from global warming to how to not leave your kid in the car when it`s 120 deg.
If you have the time go to www.ktsa.com or probably any local talk radio station and count the Ad Council ads , but don`t get mesmorized by their continous rants of bullshit.
THEY ARE REALLY THE VOICE IN THE BACKGROUND.
