Fuhrer Obama has a new website called www.change.gov and wants our suggestions on how to tackle the issues we face. Well let us remind him of what the constitution is. I know it is a futile attempt but let us remind him that this is our constitutional REPUBLIC (not democracy as he said in his speech) and we have certain unalienable rights that cannot be legislated away!

Obama knows all about the constitution
And he believes it gives us rights. That is the prime fallicy of our legal education system. We are born with rights, no document "awards" rights. But that's not how they see it.

Obama is an expert in the Constitution
Only problem is that he thinks its a flawed document that needs to be changed. He sees the constitution as a document that only grants "negative" rights in that it tells Federal government and the states what they can not do to people and wants to change it to a document of "positive" rights where is states what government must do for you. He is the Anti-JFK, ask not what you can do for your country, but what your country must do for you. As a lawyer I do not agree with Obama's ideas on positive rights, that the constitution should require government to provide the people with health care, a collage education, and a certain standard of living. These ideas fit better with the Communist Manifesto then they do with the US Constitution. I think the greatest gift government can give you is freedom and we do not have a government that one day decided to grant the people freedom, We the people created the Government and we limited its powers to protect our rights. If he wanted to be the great leader of a Socialist or Communist government then he should have run for office in another country.

Foresight
Some presidents had great foresight like Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jackson etc. They predicted everything that is happening today so maybe McBama have foresight too ;) Yeah this election was definitely pre-planned to a tee. There were no surprises. There is such a big fuss that we have our first African American dictator but I think a more historic event is to finally have a president that isn't on the CFR - that would be something to celebrate. We haven't had a non-CFR president since Kennedy.
