Martial Law - Illegal in Michigan?

In the Michigan State Constitution of 1963, Article 1 Sec. 7 it states:
§7 Military power subordinate to civil power.
Sec. 7. The military shall in all cases and at all times be in strict subordination to the civil power.
History: Const. 1963, Art. I, §7, Eff. Jan. 1, 1964.
Former Constitution: See Const. 1908, Art. II, §6.
It sounds like martial law is illegal in Michigan (not that the law would be respected if that's true), but I'm not a lawyer and have no idea. I just thought it was interesting. I did see that habeas corpus could still be suspended if "necessary" for public safety if there's a rebellion or invasion, however.
I just thought it was interesting. I recommend reading your state constitutions, too.

Habeas Corpus?
That was already suspended.
What we need to win
A legal team. We need lawyers to consult regarding our rights. This is the most important missing ingredient to this fight.
"Obamney care," Nuff said.
Oh good. They always respect the law
I'm just kidding, they don't. A law won't stop them and a constitution sure won't.
