Well, here's the deal

Not sure about the rest of the crowd here, but I think I represent a "Neo-awaken" part of the community. I have only had my eyes opened this January when I searched for a suitable candidate to vote for in the primaries. One thing lead to another, found Ron Paul and now his fan and devotee.

However, just as Dr. Paul says, it is more important to instill good politics at a local level. People are asleep for four years, then they go and enthusiastically vote for a president, then go to sleep again.

One president is just one man! What about hundreds of congressmen and hundreds of house reps? Do you know yours? I know who mine is, Mr. Martinez (piece of sht)... But how did he get elected?

OK, here's my point. I think that majority of people don't know their house reps and their congressmen. It's just a mark on the ballot, mindless so. There is no centralized website that has all the info about their voting record, other stuff, etc. etc. There is no campaiging for them, they just kind of fall into the position.

Here's the deal. I am willing to put the money and effort in creating and hosting a website about congressmen and house reps, current and future. Do you think it will make a difference? Do you think people care? Do you think we can have Ron Paul congress and reps in four years if we tried?

Just looking for input and thoughts here.
