Highly recommended article by John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute about the shadow government laid out in 2007 by the Bush administration under the Continuity of Government directive.

right the shadow government is "waiting in the wings."

"Ready to take over at a moments notice."

"Designed in the cold war."

Sorry, Mr. Whitehead. The shadow government has been running the show the whole time.

The fact that you announce they "might start at any time" is just their successful effort to make you believe the political system is run by us.

Pretty clever huh?

You think they need the Rutherford Institute to announce their presence?

Since Andrew Jackson died the shadows have been running the show. Announcing that they don't run it yet is just part of the plan.
