A Wichita teen and her mother want a popular vaccine taken off the market. Doctors say Gardasil is killing the 16-year-old.
The drug is used to prevent the HPV virus which causes cervical cancer. The makers of Gardasil recommend girls and young women ages 9-26 get the vaccine to protect them from the virus that causes cervical cancer.
Twenty-eight women have reportedly died from Gardasil.
Sixteen-year-old Gabi Swank used to be a cheerleader, a gymnast and a 4.0 student at Wichita's South High, but after getting the Gardasil vaccination last year, her health deteriorated quickly.
She's had two mini strokes, seizures and swelling of all the tissues in her body. She even has paralysis on the right side of her face. After months of testing, doctors finally pointed to Gardasil as the cause.
"I want this drug off the market. I want it off the market," said Swank from her home.

I'm talking more along the lines of guys who hate gays, brings them up, calls other people gay, accuses other people of being gay- and seems to have an 'ax' to grind. (Not all straight guys are like this- I'm not stupid.) Even when no 'gay guy' is hitting on them or even having ANYTHING to do with them.

A few years back they actually did a study to confirm this. They did a survey at a college- classified straight guys into two groups. Guys who were relaxed about homosexuality and were more or less neutral on the idea of other guys being gay. Then there was the group classified as having a strong negative reaction about other people being gay.
They then used a 'sizeometer' on their penis. They put them in a room alone and showed them straight porn, then gay, male porn. They found significant findings confirming their suspicions. The group who was neutral on the subject had roughly no change in the diameter of the 'sizeometer'- but the group with a strong negative reaction had a significant average increase in the 'sizeometer' when exposed to homosexual porn.
Guys who have a stronger negative reaction to the idea of gays, (on average) are found to be more likely turned on by males themselves. Doesn't mean they are gay- just means they are insecure with things. It is threatening to them.
I've found this to be true on several occasions. Friend of my brothers doesn't know I'm gay- goes on and on about gays, and nearly punching a guy in high school because he thought he was gay and might hit on him... etc. Then he finds out I'm gay... then a few weeks later, he has a few drinks in him and he is telling me I'm a 'cute mother-*****'- and wants to know if I find him attractive.

It's a live, genetically modified cancer virus and it can cause the cancer it says it protects, not only that it also one targets one out of a few dozen different types of papillomaviruses so it's not really effective.

You are mistaken
It is not a genetically modified cancer virus.
It's a virus-like particle (viruses self-assemble) made from virus protein made in bacteria. So the cancer-causing parts (reverse transcriptases, ligases, etc) are not a part of the manufacturing process at ANY point.
There ARE vaccines that are genetically modified virus or weakened (i.e. irradiated) viruses, and these should be avoided AT ALL COST, unless it's something like the flu shot, which probably won't kill you or give you cancer...
As for the death, seizures, and sterility. These are risks you take no matter what you put into your body, be it a food or a drug. So just be aware and informed, and make the decision yourself.

But I will be getting a gardasil shot. I am sexually responsible, and in fact, don't believe in sex outside of committed relationships (if possible, not outside of marriage, but I think that the notion of marriage has been so corrupted by government intervention that I refuse to get married in the eyes of the state), but the fact is, men are the vectors for HPV.
One of my friends works with gardasil. If you know how it's made (being a biochemist, I think I do) you would know that it's (relatively - see my next P) safe. Unlike other vaccines which are made with weakened viruses, gardasil is made with self-assembling proteins of the virus which are made in bacteria. So the entire manufacturing process has never been around the oncogenic components of the HPV. Now, you will probably be injecting bacterial DNA (or RNA) into you, but that's not something that should scare you too much because in fact on a cell-by-cell count, you are more bacteria then you are you, and trust me, there's tons of bacterial DNA and RNA running around your body.
There is the risk that vaccines can trigger autoimmune disorders, including, possibly, autism (especially in concert with certain diet because the small intestine is an immune organ and autism is linked to certain intestinal issues; I would recommend all parents who are immunizing their children to carefully read the "autism diet" literature and make sure their children are not eating the wrong things around the time of immunization). And I think this is the best argument that the anti-vaccination community musters. However, I am way to old to go autistic and there are zero autoimmune disorders in my family, so it's a risk I'm personally willing to take.
