...........No doubt that one intended meaning, of many, is that the circle is also an “O” for “O”bama. By itself that is not all that significant. Obama’s logo is highly hypnotic, because unlike any other logo in presidential history, you do not look at it, but through it.

One subconsciously looks though the circle to the light inside, like the light at the end of the tunnel, without consciously realizing it. This visual point of focus is helpful in multiple ways to focus one’s attention, as well as to distract the critical factor. Notice how it is always there on the podium – a small one in the middle, just enough for your conscious mind to miss, but for you to see subconsciously.

Additionally, Obama’s logo looks very much like a crystal ball. Notice how it looks like it is shining brightly. Crystal balls are used by hypnotists as one of their favorite focus points for aiding in trance induction. Also notice how Obama’s podium messages are never something like “country first” like McCain has, which needs conscious interpretation.

Obama’s podium messages are always simplistic hypnotic commands including the words “Need” or “Believe” or “Change.” A common Obama podium message is the word in large letters “CHANGE”, and beneath it “WE NEED.” The reason this is hypnotic, and part of his hypnotic trance induction, is because the message is vague, and has two meanings because it can be read both as “change we need”, and as “we need change.”

Per the discussion on trans-derivation in this document, as your mind tries to figure out which meaning is intended (and cannot resolve it because both are in fact intended) your mind is subject to trance induction and distraction, while your subconscious mind becomes more accepting of suggestion..........

Buddhists about 'setting suns'. Firstly, a 'rising sun' means new ideas, new era, etc. But the setting sun is 'death' to old ways, a replacement of an old regime, strife, revolution.

Remember in the 80's, a charismatic Gorbechev flaunted his 'perestroika' or 'change' which led to the overthrow of Communism with the wall coming down in East Berlin and of course replacing the 'system' with socialism.

Well, all the writing is on the wall for our 'change'. Taking down 'Capitalism', even though we haven't had capitalism since turn of last century which was good for everyone, and replacing it with......socialism.

Elites love socialism. No muss. No fuss. No property rights, no individual sovereignty, no privacy, no guns, no criticism, just set the system to suck the life forces from each individual so those who are 'privileged' to become elite are the new aristocracy which will know no bounds from how much it takes from each person.

You know, kinda like Agribusiness. Just substitute the animals for human beings. If there is disease, inject them. Need them to work longer hours, drug them, etc.

The logo is as slick as his speeches. They're both full of empty promises.

Sorry again OP, not only was she talking way too fast and swaying all over the place, she just sounded good ol old fashioned ignorant. Who gives a shit that his alleged religious affiliation is Islam, it's just another myth based religion; exactly like Christianity, Judaism or any other religion. They are all a big load of crap...

...when I saw a big sticker of the logo on the back of someone's car, without any words to explain it. The symbol has taken on a life of its own, and it would be really scary if people continued to wave it around in support of the new president after Obama has taken office... (Remind you of any other symbols?)

I don't think there are any occult messages in it, though. Keep in mind that politicians use market research to determine the best symbols, banners, slogans, etc. to evoke immediate positive reactions in people. Probably it was chosen for the simple reason that it looks vaguely like an American flag, while evoking thoughts of agriculture, homeland, a new dawn, etc. Also, it's very Web 2.0-looking, probably to attract the youth vote.
