I do not know how many of you have heard of Kent Hovind. Kent Hovind is a speaker on the topic of creation and evolution. During the course of his discussion he consistantly brings up the fed and explains how they are destroying our country. He does it in the dangers of evolution part of his seminar. If you want to see it go to drdino.com/downloads.php Irregardless of how you feel about the creation and evolution debate he is with us when it comes to the fed and goverment debate. He stands very closely to Dr. Paul when it come to political thinking. And He has influinced a whole lot of people (including myself) into actively become patriots. The problem is he was too effective and about two years ago the government decided to put him in jail on trumped up charges.
What happened is one morning the irs showed up with a swat team broke into his house arrested him. They took him to jail and had 58 charges against him. The first 12 were brought about him not taking taxes out of his employees paycheck. He won against those. The last charge was because a irs agent felt threatened when he said on his radio program pray for him (this agent had been after Hovind for years). Mr. Hovind beat that charge. Charges 13-57 were about his wife taking money out of the bank. Their own money. Too pay their own bill. He was found guilty for 45 counts of causing am south bank to file a currancy transaction report. To do this the Judge waited to after the defence had rested and then change the definition of the law. What we have here is the goverment getting tired of what one of us had to say becouse people were listening. Arresting them on trumped up charges and just when you can no longer defend yourself change the law. So now we have a court precedent that it is illigal to take cash out of the bank.
Furthermore the maximum penalty for this charge is a 18 months that wicked judge gave hovind 10 years then said what he did was worse than rape.

I think that we at the liberty movement need to get behind Hovind the best way we can. I know Hovind had a lot of legislator contacts becouse of his work on the creation and evolution debate. I wonder how many of them would back us up on trying to get Hovind out, or better yet how many of them would back us up on getting that wicked judge (M. Casey Rodgers) Impeached, if they had people supporting them or backing them up.
Currently their is a website that is dedicated to Hovind. It is CSEblogs .com. If we want to get in contact and find out who the legislators are that may support Hovind like they did in the past then I suggest that on november 21 we Bomb their websight with postings requesting the information and names of those legislators that would be sympathetic to our cause. Then on december 1 email bomb the crap out of those legislators asking them to take up for Kent Hovind seeing as he has always tried to help their states out and that he was put in jail for taking cash out of the bank. This would also be a plus becouse we can influence them to our way of thinking in several areas besides this if they think that their is a bunch of us supporting them.
Also on november 21 go to freehovind.com and sign the petition to free Hovind. If you are willing to do this please leave a comment below and please refine this idea. And spread the word to the hundred or so other liberty minded websites out their.
