Here's a video of those in Iceland who are angry (and rightly so) and protesting. Doesn't look like their government's intervention has helped worth a damn.

this actually made me cry
because I love Iceland. I have been to that spot in the video. The people there are so peaceful and kind and quite. Americans are loud and obnoxious in comparison. Iceland is so small... that protest in ratio to its population was actually pretty big.
Can you imagine the shit show when what just happened to them goes down here? Our police will not be so kind.
The motorcycle brigade just shows how creative people can get expressing themselves. It was almost like performance art and makes me think of the book "WE ARE EVERYWHERE the irresistible rise of global anti capitalism".
We should study the art of peaceful resistance. We will need it.
A beautiful sight
Very civilized, compare this to some of the videos of protests at the RNC.

Here's the big difference between the original video posted and the one here in this post... look at how the cops treated protesters back in April 2008 over a gas protest by truckers vs. how they responded to this protest more recently (same exact town by the way, so probably the exact same police force...).
You can tell by the passivity that they know they'll have it coming in these present times if they light the fuse and anger the people during their current chrisis

That's crazy!
We shouldd get a motorcycle brigade going !!!
