County Committee Executive officers quit
Last week at my County Central Committee meeting, the Executive Committee resigned.
This includes the Chair, vice-chair, treasurer, congressional committee man and woman, and our state committee man and woman these were all "old guard". They said that they felt the party was devided because of Ron Paul. We (RPer's) did get a majority of the precinct positions during the Primaries.
I have learned the same thing has happened in the County north of of me as well.
The question I have for the group here is, has this happened in your County or is this a local ( Montana) thing ?
Are there any precinct captains that have reports from thier county?
Ground up that is grassroots.
If this is happening we are winning and they are quitting and going home. This opens up all of these positions to us the Ron Paul Republicans to take over our county party and state party positions.

the Republican label is worthless. Well, "Made in Japan" was a joke until Toyata, Datusn (Nissan) and Honda imported quality vehicles. Once you take over, you have two challenges. The relatively easy one is recruiting quality candidates, and that's tough enough. Much harder will be keeping the back-stabbing scum out. The best way you can do this is to stand by your principles, and ruthlessly enforce party discipline against anyone who doesn't.

The party needs to be remade into what it once was and this is how its done.
Stuff like this makes me want to move to montana even more. Too bad a lot of other states havent seen the light yet.
This has not, and probably never will happen in MA. The people here are too stupid and dependent on the state to manage their lives.
Funny that the places with the most honest working people are the ones with the more libertarian government while those that set themselves up as welfare magnets and nanny states are rife with the apathetic and ignorant.
It all comes down to personal responsibility.

Absolutely makes sense to get involved with the county Republican Party. Third Party's are just not a viable option at this time. All it takes is an hour or so a month to go to county Republican meetings. Then get to work on transforming them.

You can participate in non-GOP activities too...
...there is no reason why you have to be "exclusively" GOP.
In Florida, the party oath of allegiance is so watered-down by the establishment GOP that you can outright contribute and work for Democrats. Of course, beyond this example is the fact that we are each free to associated as we will for the greatest benefit we see we can make.
So go ahead and be a part of the GOP, CP, LP and any other P you'd like.
Remember, be all things to all men using all the means at your disposal to save from the chaos to come.

That was what has led us to this point.
If we obtain voting majority we are in control of the committee.
If there are any vacant positions get them filled with our people.
Also check your rules regarding the replacement of PC's that never attend and if possible replace them.

We plan to elect all the top officials next meeting....
Let me keep the state off the screen for right now in case we have moles, but I'm in the largest legislative district in our state. We have the votes and the proxies to elect all 5 district officers at our next meeting (coming up soon). That is unless they are successful in playing dirty tricks. We blind-sided them at the last meeting with 73 votes to their 37 to elect all our people to the Nominating Committee but they've already started changing rules (and the next meeting location) in an attempt to hold on to power by invalidating our proxies.
Two of the three largest districts in our state have more RP people as PC's than the old guard has.
Think good thoughts for us. I'll start a new string in the next couple of weeks to let you all know how the vote went.

It all starts locally, check out your area find empty or unfilled precinct people positions and get elected or help someone in another precinct.
The people who flooded the parties primaries must now flood the party during the legislative session, new season, same plan.
Restore the republic-restore the Constittution
Get out your local, Current, GOP Rule Book ASAP
and organize an orderly takeover, before they change their minds!
Did they put it in writing? did they resign on film or audio? When are their resignations effective?
These are the breaks we are looking for and so well need! do not wait another day!
