anyways I have to say thanks to everyone and I want to honor the person who left the best and most helpful comment. Cspanjunkie who worked as a cook for a living
The bacteria level in raw chicken quatruples every day.....three days/ YUCK......but.....if you kept it real cold just cook it over 165. Lots of spices a good idea too.
If meat is slimy, throw it away.
Always cook everything on the first run to 160 degree, all reheats to 165 and you'll never contract ecoli. All those millions of pounds of beef that was destroyed was unnecessary and they know it...over 160 degrees ecoli can NOT live.
Always, always use a paper towel over the door knob when you leave a public bathroom. Never touch your face and you should never get a cold.
I was a cook for a living.
thanks you Deb and thanks everyone
